Customer service was excellent! I accidentally put a wrong address for my order to be shipped to and they took care of the situation right away. I’m so impressed. The product is delicious as well! I highly recommend this brand to everyone :)

I ordered two jars of mango pineapple sea moss, but unfortunately they arrived broken. I sent in an email to the company, attached some pictures and they QUICKLY responded with confirmation that new jars were mailed to me. They came in perfect condition and I am VERY pleased with them! They taste great and I am looking forward to experiencing the health benefits! Customer Service with True Sea Moss is EXACTLY how it should be, and so are the products! I WILL continue to buy from this company for myself and my family!

First order of True Sea Moss Gel Jars!
Just received my first order of True Sea Moss Gel Jars and my Favorite Flavor was broken and had leaked all over the packaging, both inner and secondary box. I contacted the company, explained what happened, asked for a replacement and sent them pictures of the broken container-packaging. They sent out a replacement jar based on my responses! Very Very happy with the customer service!!!!

I am happy with my purchase..
I am happy with my purchase and with the customer service. My order arrived 4 days after i placed it. The jars were both broken, probably due to my ups workers. it took 2 minutes on a chat with customer service for verification and replacements to be set up. stuff like this happens, nothing to get all worked up over.

Since I came across this store in 2024…
Since I came across this store in 2024 I have been patronizing them and I can’t more happier! I tried so many brands but True Sea Moss is the best because it delivers what it says. My skin is glowing and I feel great internally each time I need to chart with the customer service there’s always someone to provide me with details of my order and concerns.

I love the taste of this sea moss. I feel better when I do take it daily.
I love the sea moss, the taste is very good. My doctor recommended sea moss over all the medication I was taking.
The only problem I have is with the delivery of 3 jars at one time. I don’t see this as sea moss problem but as the mail delivery of tossing on porch and breaking jars. This I’m tired of, there’s got to be a better way. Last delivery 2 out of 3 jars broken , no I didn’t turn it in because I went on vacation the next day after delivery
