I love the apple favor
I love the apple favor, not so much the blueberry.. So I changed my order.. so far vary helpful this company has been very helpful.. My daughter tried it for the first time and she liked the blueberry, she didn’t get to try the apple flavor..She will with the next order..

A Happy Customer
I received my order today and was disappointed with the delivery. One of my jars of Sea Moss was broken during transport. I contacted True Sea Moss, and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement jar of the Peach & Pear Sea Moss. I'm happy and excited that I will be receiving a new jar of the Peach & Pear flavor. So far, I like all the flavors I've tried. I will buy more and recommend everyone try True Sea Moss; I don’t think you'll be disappointed.

Ten out of ten, real review from a paying customer
I was skeptical at first because of the reviews that talk about the texture and taste/ after taste in a negative way. But this sea moss gel literally tastes like fresh fruit but with a slightly jelly texture. There is no after taste, it’s the perfect amount of sweetness and I’m already feeling more energy after a week. I’m also recovering from a hysterectomy and I truly believe it’s helping my healing process. You won’t regret it! I will continue to purchase!
A lot of comments also said it came warm.. that’s normal! It’s summer and it’s warm outside! All you have to do is put it in your fridge!
(I got the mango pineapple, peach pear and elderberry and all are very tasty! I can’t wait to try different flavors on my next order!)

Arrived Broken
My sea moss gel arrived July 12th one of my jars was broken I reached out to the company about my item. I sent pictures all via email live chart it didn’t take long for the company to respond to let me know that they were sending me a replacement jar of my broken sea moss gel.

Damaged on shipping but…
Had a problem with one of my jars breaking and leaking during shipping and they immediately replaced it no extra cost. Chat support was very quick and easy

A refund problem with trueseamoss program
I was charged an order I wanted to cancel, at the time it was not shipped yet however since I wasn’t able get a hold of a real person or the owner they couldn’t cancel my order for some reason, later that day I received an email letting me know that my order has been shipped already, so I headed back to trueseamoss website and again asked for a cancellation to my order that I did not order but the robot kept denying my request, I even asked for a refund but nothing. I couldn’t even talk to a real person to understand the situation, no website number, no link to the owner, Nothing.

I received my first shipment today
I received my first shipment in the mail and one of my jars was completely shattered inside of the packaging. Sad face. A 45 second text conversation has it handled and a new jar is on the way. Happy face. Also the peach & pear is delicious!
