Hi I’m a first time purchaser and I received my order quickly but one of my jars of seamoss gel was broken and seamoss gel was everywhere. I contacted the company and they immediately put in a replacement order for my damage products. They have great customer service, professional and responded promptly. I will be doing business with them again

I received my package today. One of the jars were damaged. I contacted them immediately after seeing it. They asked for a few photos and sent me a replacement. This was a quick and easy resolve and I am happy about that!
I have not tried it but I am tomorrow and I am excited!

I received my package. It was delivered and when I opened the box I noticed it was leaking. I had a jar busted but on the side of the box it had a fragile. If you got a problem, scan this code and will resolve your issues instantly. I went through the process and Tracy mos immediately responded. Solved the problem. Very courteous. Nice! And I was not able to read my booklet cuz of the liquid that was on it. But two of the jars are fine. They were put in the refrigerator to get ready to try. I'm so excited to see what they taste like! Thank you so much! True sea moss the customer service is exactly, this what every company needs to strive to do

I Purchased 2 Jars & one separate during delivery it was watery but customer support was helpful and refunded my funds back I also didn't Renew my subscription but the system did customer support was prompt in helping to recover my funds

I received an order of 2 products; one of the glass jars was broken, clearly a transit issue. I notified True Sea Moss and sent photos of the breakage. They promptly shipped a replacement at no charge. Excellent customer service!!

Well I have not tried the product yet. I did have a broken bottle in my package and customer service was awesome! Contacted them told them my issue send in a picture and in 3 minutes a new jar is on its way! I didn't have to fight to get a replacement. So in customer service alone 5 stars!

I was very concern about cancelling by subscription, but it was easy and fast.
I am having a difficult time canceling subscriptions from other companies, but this was top notch.
I will return to this company, when I need more products in the future. Plus, it tastes good.

I am extremely disappointed with your customer support. I have reached out multiple times regarding my issue, but I either receive generic responses or no response at all. My problem remains unresolved, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected much better service. If this is how customers and affiliates are treated, I seriously question whether I can continue working with your company.

My order came in today with 1 broken jar. I sent an email explaining about my order. Within minutes they responded. Very polite & prompt!! Customer service was great!

This was my 1st time trying and ordering True Sea Moss. I order the soursop flavor. They also sent me seamoss gummies to try and I must say, not only was the product delicious and smooth but their customer service surpassed my expectations. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed True see moss on a holiday weekend at mid night thinking they would respond on Monday but no, they emailed me back immediately. They even tracked my lost package per my request and they sent me a new order for me. Comunication is A1 and their products are sooo good I personaly recommend it.

Great customer service! One of the jars I received was broken however, when I reached out to the company, they responded immediately and quickly put in an order for me to receive a replacement. Because of the prompt customer service I received, I will continue to purchase products from True Sea Moss.

I have never met a company where I will get my response right then and there with no hard time. They are so sweet and will work with you. I've been ordering (subscription) this specific brand of Sea Moss for years. Product has always been on time and price that I pay for the convenience of the subscription is ideal.

One of my bottles came broken. I was disappointed. I didn't want to reach out but I did, and I sent a pic and the response was IMMEDIATE. I was so impressed!!
They sent me out another bottle. The flavors are tasty. I'm a FOREVER customer now.
