The taste of the product is great. I can take it alone without an after taste or having to mix it with another ingredient. I love that the products arrive on time without any issues. A few months back I received my seamoss. After opening the container it had been damaged in delivery and the jar was broken. Immediately after contacting customer service I received a new jar within days. Thank you for representing top notch service!!

I ordered two jars of Sea Moss (Soursop and Mango Pineapple), one broke during shipping and they sent out a replacement right away. Definitely keeping these products in my daily routine!

Decided to try this. Just received it today, opened it and one of the jars had busted and had leaked all over. Started a chat straight away, provided the picture and information requested. Very nice customer service, is sending out a replacement jar and help me skip next month since I am just receiving my order.

I am enjoying the Irish Sea moss I the jar, and in my water. It taste delicious and it gives me an overall calmness and seems to level out my blood sugar cause I don’t feel like snacking or being tired midday. All the flavors I’ve tried so far are great, but I especially like passion fruit.

Your company does not respond to emails

The agent was gracious and helpful. I had received a broken bottle in one of my orders. The agent assisted and assured me that the matter would be looked into. I also had a few other concerns that the agent graciously explained the process. The agent always offered ways to keep me informed and well taken care of.

So far my experience with the company has been amazing. I accidentally clicked 1 to many jars during checkout and chat was so helpful in getting the extra jar off my order was very professional and kind in messaging as I thought id have to keep the jar so asked to change flavor as it was giving me two ofbthe same. however was responded to immediately and was told I could do either action so I decided to take the extra off for now and if I like the product will order the other flavor chat was kind and helpful thank you again.

I had colitis and it is GONE ! I don’t crave greasy chips or sweep chocolates! It’s crazy because I don’t even use sugar in my coffee anymore, I’m not sure if it’s a mind over matter or if it truly is the sea moss. If it were cheaper I’d buy more! I know Whole Foods sells it so I got it because I can only afford one at a time .Call me crazy but this does work! I feel better. I’m experimenting,so I’ll see if my colitis comes back.

Hi I’m a first time purchaser and I received my order quickly but one of my jars of seamoss gel was broken and seamoss gel was everywhere. I contacted the company and they immediately put in a replacement order for my damage products. They have great customer service, professional and responded promptly. I will be doing business with them again
