I bought a beautiful dining table along a bench with a back to fit into my newly renovated dining room and it perfectly ties the room together! The quality of the sanding is outstanding, I can’t feel any bumps and the finish is impeccable. To top it off it was delivered within 4 weeks of me placing the order, coming in time for a party in which it got LOTS of compliments. The communication with the TRL team also added to my experience, they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Good prices and easy to order but delivery time frames are misleading, most products state 3-4 weeks but order did not come in this time frame and customer service were quite unhelpful

Very expensive table came damaged. Weeks later and still no communication or date on when it will be replaced.

1/ Note the title relates to them ghosting me.
2/ I asked for the screws to be tightened because the table was wobbling. If the hardwood is a problem, there are technical solutions - drill hole, insert lug, bolt legs to lug.

Shocking customer service - ignored emails and voice messages for weeks.

I ordered a bar table mid May and it arrived a few weeks later. The installers banged screws in at an angle and they didn't tighten. Luckily I stayed with them and asked for them to be properly tightened. One broke off.

I contacted TRL and was told they would replace it. Seven weeks later, various ignored emails and voice messages and they finally replied. Today, Aug 11, the new top was fixed to the legs in minutes. All appears OK.

The table looks lovely and they've done a very nice job, but the faff around delivery meant that I probably would be hesitant to order from them again (and is why they lose a star). As soon as I ordered, the delivery estimate came to my email address and I knew we wouldn't be around for it as we were booked to be away so I emailed them the same night to explain. I was told I needed to wait until the table was ready, get a definite date, then let them know. No problem. 3 weeks later I get an email to say the delivery date is the date I said I couldn't do, and there's no way to change it in their system, you have to email the same person you told 3 weeks ago... so I did, and was given another date 3 weeks from then, with no choice. Thankfully we were around but if not then we'd have had to wait another 3 weeks, and so on... this is a really silly system. No other company selling large items gives you arbitrary dates with no option to select one where you can be in. The delivery guys themselves (who also attach the table legs) were really nice and very efficient, it's the system set up by this business that's the problem, not the delivery guys.

Lovely table, solid, well finished and heavy as hell! Would recomm. The guys slipped a little on delivery but what Co doesn't when they are producing handmade furniture. If you want big Co generic guff and prompt deliveries then fine, go get a table etc from them. Although if you want a nice hand made unique piece then use these guys and if you have to wait an extra week for del, suck it up. They kept me informed and always answered my messages on their homnepage chat. Even the owner chats away with you. I'd buy again.

Beautiful product. I did encounter an issue with the delivery and installation team. But after a phone call and a couple of emails a resolution was achieved. Same delivery and installation team attended again and were polite, understanding and took extra time to make things perfect. I never mind having a problem occur, it's how it's dealt with that sets companies apart from each other. So from my experience I can say I am wholly satisfied and feel TRL value thier customers and I'd not hesitate to reccomend or purchase from them again.

Nearly delivered to the wrong address, the quality? Not stained underneath only the top of the bench. The corner of bench welded and left shiny silver when the rest is clearly grey on legs. Disappointed.........

I am completely gutted and disappointed with my order from TRL handmade furniture, after buying what I thought was a beautiful rustic, unique table… I received a very basic square wooden top with a lick of vanish costing £350!!! This is sadly false advertising as the table I purchased is nothing like what I wanted from their website and I have been told I cannot have any kind of refund!! Please be mindful when you order from this company that you get what you want as I would hate this to happen to anyone else I know have a table with no use, really poor service.

The customer service when I bought my table and benches was great. My questions were responded to quickly and allowed me to make the right decisions about the size of the table and benches. The delivery and construction was great, friendly lads, efficient even though it was raining. When I bought the furniture it was a three to four week wait, but it took seven weeks with no explanation about the cause of the delay. We are happy with the table and benches, they are lovely, and the delay would not have mattered if only the reason had been explained.

Nearly delivered to wrong address, if I hadn't rang on day of delivery after I noticed the wrong address on the tracker! I wouldn't have received !!. They've done it on the cheap they didn't even stain underneath the bench just the top!! And the corners on the metal bespoke (paid extra for) was not painted on the corners. disappointed

Originally, I was quite disappointed due to a miscommunication—the delivery team didn’t complete the installation and left, which was frustrating. However, once the manager Ben got involved, he responded quickly, apologised sincerely, and arranged for the installation to be completed without delay.

I really appreciated his professionalism and how swiftly the issue was resolved.

The quality of the furniture is excellent—you can tell by the weight and craftsmanship that it’s built to last. I hope the company continues to provide this level of high-quality service and treats customers with the care and respect they deserve.
