Fantastic product

The product is great, very happy with it, the delivery experience could have been a bit better, overall though very good.

Excellent customer service. They kept us informed and delivered on time. Our table was put together and set up in the room we wanted. After care was excellent and the table looks perfect.

Like to leave it a while before writing a review just to see how the product lasts, so we ordered last year and it was delivered just before Christmas,lovely looking,solid wood top and was set up by the delivery guys can’t fault that part.
Then we noticed (and heard) a noise from the kitchen to find several screws had literally snapped off,we assume to the central heating being on,which is kind of a manufacturing problem,maybe the screws being tightened too much,so as not allowing for the natural movement off the wood,but surely this is a design error and not the customers fault,we have also recently noticed the black coating coming off the table legs,again not good enough for a table less than a year old.
So I wouldn’t recommend

We love our new table! The quality is amazing and you can see the care put into it. Customer service was great and delivery was faster than expected! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love our furniture, superb quality and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Delivery was also really good. Would absolutely recommend TRL Furniture to others.

The order was delayed by weeks and the varnish has peeled off the bench over the summer. I would not recommend.

My rating is entirely related to the appalling customer service. The bench when it did arrive at 9:30pm on a Friday evening, 3 months to the day from the order date, is lovely and clearly well made. Following the failure of the first delivery date there were at least another 3 promised delivery dates that fell through. On every occasion we had to initiate contact by phone or email, we were never contacted by the company. It is very unfortunate that the customer service does not match the excellent craftsmanship

Where do we start ! The whole process has been a farce
The commutation has been appalling & as of now writing this review we’ve been promised updates on our non delivery but have had none
I would urge potential customers to look at other bespoke suppliers like pipedream furniture who supply handmade products that we’ve successfully had delivered
These guys are in at best a mess or at worst a scam

For your info I didn’t order or receive a bespoke breakfast bar ! another example of not great clarity for commercial customers
Unfortunately however the whole process hasn’t been a good experience and there are better options out thier

Overall just a great product, very solid build, looks like it will last for many many years especially compared to most similar products on the market (my previousl table literally came unstuck (was glued) after a couple of years.

Loved the flexibility to design the size and frames to my own specification.

Great customer service, had to make some minor changes to the order, this was handled seamlessly with a refund with no fuss.

Talking to staff, Luke and Ben, and going to see their beautiful products.

We are only talking about the ordering process and the team at TRL were very helpful in dealing with an awkward delivery process.

I first brought a bench in April and have since brought another one for the otherside of the table. They fit under the table perfectly giving more room in the dining room than all our chairs did! They slide nicely on the floor when pulling out to sit on, whereas I had to buy feet protectors for our chairs which looked awful otherwise they would scratch the new floor! We can now sit up to 4 people on each side, two more places than our chairs did! The CS was fantastic to deal with both times and the delivery guys both times were very helpful, polite and built the benches for me. Very happy with them and the overall experience! Thank you

Over the moon with my breakfast bar, looks fab would definitely buy from them again, smooth and quick delivery and even had it assembled and put we’re I needed it, thanks guys

Tim and team made me the most beautiful memorial bench. From start to finish I was kept updated with progress and the finished result blew me away. So happy we had this extremely special purchase made by TRL.

Beautiful table and bench with delivery that was well organised and very professional. Ben went out of his way to help for a special occasion when I was let down by another company at the last minute. He promised me I would have my table in a short window and didn't let me down, even delivered a bench that I had added to the order a few days after.

Ordered a beautiful beech top kitchen table with contrasting black metal X legs, and matching bench. Both items are fabulous - sturdy, attractive and exceedingly pleasing! They were carefully assembled by the chaps who delivered them. Very pleased all round and wouldn't hesitate to use TRL Handmade Furniture in future.
