Hair Clay is a bit of a miracle treatment. Initially I purchased it in error, but I used it and it made a HUGE difference. My hair remains styled all day. It looks thicker and healthier and I am absolutely delighted with it. I will certainly continue to use it, although a little goes a long way

They “market” very well - but not a product that works for me
They “market” very well, but I am not impressed with the three products, that I purchased from Tribal Chimp.
The Tribal Chimp Hair Styling Powder “flies” around when shaken and is landing on my shoulders and face, more than I desire.
The Tribal Chimp Matte Paste is too “creamy” for my hair texture.
The Tribal Chimp Styling Clay is too “thick” for my hair texture.
I missed the 30-day return window, so I guess I am out of options.

Bought the styling powder and it’s just rubbish. Doesn’t hold, makes your hair extremely dry . I just throw it in the bin after 2 applications . Delivery took some time

I took advantage of a fantastic New Year's deal with bonus items (coupon stacked) and also earned a freebie! My 13 yr old son has tried other products and said they don't work as well and require more. The bundle already came with a comb so I simply asked if I could substitute any other item (don't need 2). They replied immediately and granted my request even though original order had already shipped. They sent an item separately (additional S&H). I am so impressed!!

Disappointed with the very small tube of product for the price.
I bought one tube of hair powder - with p&p added, it cost over £14. I was disappointed how small the product was for this price and I won't be buying it again.

Pure scam. Product never arrived. They will tell you some stuff about restock and discount but they will charge your card again. Advise those who ordered to check your credit card statement. Pure scam company.

Hi Kieran. Sorry the delivery took longer than expected. Our records show the order was successfully delivered on February 2, and a partial refund of 50% was already issued for the delay.
Please confirm if you received the item. If not, we are happy to open a case with the carrier and request proof of delivery to assist further.
We also want to address the confusion regarding a refund and a new charge. As previously explained and supported with evidence, no new charge was issued. What you are seeing is related to the refund processing, which can sometimes appear confusing depending on the bank.

Good company - great products
Loved this product. I was worried when purchasing because it was an instagram ad, but it arrived promptly and performed just as amazing as the ads. I have ordered a few times since and frequently recommend their products to clients. Everyone is happy with them - as am I!

Brilliant product, I got the hair dust stuff and works well. They also have a brilliant team, I had entered the wrong address for delivery, I sent an email about my issue and they fixed it within hours. Brilliant company, thankyou.

Order never arrived!
I ordered this product on 27th November as a Christmas gift, it has never arrived! I have sent many emails to which I was told they were overwhelmed with Black Friday but the order was on its way. On 2nd January 2026 I chased again and was told that the order was missing and that it would be reordered, to date I have never received the re-order. Communication is poor, I have asked for a refund which is never acknowledged. DO NOT order from this company.

Placed my second order because both of my boys LOVED it! One of the bottles came in damaged no fault of Tribal Chimp but they replaced very quickly for me! Would definitely give more than 5 stars if that was an option!

Tracking Number Not Found and No Reshipment Update
They may not have shipped all of the orders. Honestly, this feels like it could be a scam...
-The tracking number didn't exit.
-They responded instantly at first, then completely stopped replying.
-They claimed they’d resend right away, but there’s been no update at all.
Besides, several reviewers say they never got their item — it seems more like it was never shipped than lost in transit.

Ordered in early December in hope would receive for Christmas. Nothing arrived and no acknowledgement of emails/chat to find out what's happening with my order. They don't reply - can only conclude it's a scam company.

Placed order on 12th Dec, at the point of sale it was advising 7-10 days for delivery. Almost a month later still no order, hasn't even been shipped as they have run out of stock. Nothing at the time to tell me it was out of stock. Zero communication to tell me this, I have had to chase twice. The first time on 26th Dec they advised stock was back in and my order was moving, chased again today and told items are still out of stock. In the meantime I was still receiving marketing emails to tell me I could get the product by Christmas if I paid for expedited delivery. Will not be using again
