Ordered items, arrived with package open and missing 2 items.
Notified Tribal Chimp who apologised for this and said a replacement item would be sent.
I have had no notification or tracking information when the products would arrive. Its now been over 3 weeks,no information on whereabouts items are... I have sent 2 emails in last week and no one is replied back. They have taken my money and not provided 2 of the products I paid for.
Not very good customer service. I am still waiting a response.

I cannot comment on the product yet as unfortunately had some hiccups receiving it, but what a fantastic customer service. I have contacted them, within a few hours they replied. Super approachable and understanding. They have handled my query super promptly and the problem was resolved within minutes. Very impressed.

I made a purchase, last night & inadvertently thought I was “adding a few more buy one get one,” by a fraction of the price, so I clicked on it! I quickly realized it wasn’t adding ONE more of buy one get one but a whole other buy 3 get 3 (I initially bought a buy 2 get 1; I know, confusing)!I quickly called & left a VM with my order # along with emailing the company noting my error. My biggest worry was getting locked into a subscripiton!!!
By the time I WOKE UP had received email with my noted credit to be given with8n 3 days! I was “over the moon,” with their customer sevice!
I have ordered their products for my oldest grandson the last two years & now realized his two younger brothers would love this in their stocking, as well!,

I ordered an item on 16/11/25. On 5/12/25 I emailed asking where my product is. They claim to have delivered it. I asked for proof and they wouldn’t provide it even when I told them I had not received my item. I had to get a refund through PayPal. The customer service is terrible. Can’t make comment on product because I never received it.

The bottle of powder was very small for the price and it didn’t create the texture I anticipated. Not worth the money and other products I have used work much much better, such Suavecito texture powder.

Great customer service and a great product. highly recommended.

I ordered hair products for my grandson on 18th November despite numerous complaints to the customer service team I still have not received the item it is now 1st December not happy at all

Ordered on 14th November, and nothing. Still says ‘being processed’. Need to know if it’s going to arrive or whether I need to make
Alternative arrangements for Xmas.

Product good. It’s been 10 days since I ordered and they’re saying it’ll be another 3 before it gets here. And shipping WASN’T free:/ They are located 4 states from me. I literally could have driven there and back in that amount of time. Ridiculous! Use UPS or FedEx, not Pony Express (DHL).

I’m a licensed cosmetologist since 1998! And I came across this video a year or so ago of a barber using the texture powder and I immediately thought of my 2 sons now 20 and 17! They absolutely love it! So I decided to tell a lot of my clients that have that same style and they all bought it and are still using it!!! Awesome product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Adds body, but leaves a “gooey” feeling that lasts till the next shampoo.

It works as described and expected. I am happy with the purchase.

I can’t rate you because I never received my order

I had placed an order with Tribal Chimp and inadvertently ordered twice. As there was no way to undo my error thought well I will email the company and explain what I had done and hope for the best. The very next morning I checked my email and there was one from Tribal Chimp that they would refund me for the double order. They were very gracious and most importantly they were professional. I will never have a problem ordering from Tribal Chimp. This was true Customer Service. K. Colwill

Received and about to give to my grandson for his new haircut

We are a repeat customer & decided to try a new product. The jar was sealed (uncut - defective) shut. Thry quickly mailed a replacement & my son loves the matte paste!

We just received the product last week. I love the way, especially it works on my hair and I’m a female. It gives me so much more volume. And my kids absolutely love it. No effort at all to style your hair. I would highly recommend this product.

Interesting product, it actually works great! Maybe should offer the powder in black.
