***BEWARE*** PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW..Ordered a 3 seater Dylan Chicargo Silver Crushed Velvet sofa from this company's e-bay shop. The sofa was delivered and after a while I realised that there was an obscure seam on the front panel of the sofa. I contacted the company and eventually, after two months they agreed to change the base of the sofa only which, I accepted as the cushions are as good as new anyway. The new base was delivered on the 12th January 2017 however, I immediately noticed it had the same issue with a seam only slightly further along the front panel. Furthermore it had a seam down the back too! I contacted the company and they have informed me that "that's how it's made" so I looked at the picture image of the sofa I thought I was buying and it compares significantly to the sofa I received! I have asked the company to repair/replace or refund and now they are saying that I have to pay the cost of returning the sofa as per their T's & C's! I am in the process of contacting Consumer Direct however, just wanted other buyers to be aware as it would seem that what is advertised by this company is not always what you get!! Update 27/1/2017 - the company contacted me to advise that they were now prepared to supply a sofa "as described and shown in the picture". The new sofa has arrived, with no collection cost of the faulty one however, it is of a slight colour difference but, does appear to be of a better quality and finish although still not as shown in the picture advertisement. The experience has not been good however, the company have tried to rectify the issue.

Ordered 3 seater but they sent me a 2 seater with 3 seater cushions so they didn't even fit. The footstool was a different colour to the sofa. On 13 occasions was told someone would call me back but not once have they didn't. After a while they sent me a 3 seater much better quality than the 1st one and very well made. Amy now happy after all the problems. Also offered me £40 compensation for the trouble.

After ordering this sofa we thought cause it was so cheap and no deposit or payment needed Til it arrive we would of been messed around. It said it would be 2 weeks Til it was delivered and came earlier! The company stayed in touch and even sent us pictures that requested. Company kept tracking up to date and text is to arrange a suitable time to be delivered. Once delivered the two men were really helpful and get it up the stairs and also helped with unwrapping! Sofa was great quality and looks exactly like what was on the picture. Colour was perfect match also to the picture!! Sofa is so comfortable and the price was fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for our sofa. You turned out house into a home!

I bought a dark mirrored 3 drawer cabinet from this company. Not only did it arrive fully assembled but the whole buying experience via eBay was easy and their communication was excellent. It is a beautiful and well made piece of furniture and looks fantastic in my conservatory. It was well packaged and delivered very quickly. Who could ask more than that. I have recommended them to others and shall always look at their site first from now on when wanting to choose furniture as I believe they are trustworthy and reasonably priced too!

I have just divorced and seperated , wife won the sofa . Wanted to replace it for myself the same ,it has been so good, comfortable, wears well, still looked great after six years. Went back to place wee bought it from, yes still stocked. PROBLEM... Price now gone up to £600 - £800 and as I am short of cash (wife took it all) had to look round for something cheaper !..
Low and behold on the net found one at Trade Price Furniture £399.98p, Rang up to speak to an adviser, looked the same, (identical style) same colour same material everything fell into place, ordered one, delivered very quickly and on time. Everything looks fine removed packing from one corner to check. Not yet moved house but very soon so item is not yet fully unpacked looking forward to that day, if all is well this is my full story and recommendation, Great All Round, if not they say to contact them first direct to resolve any problems . I bid on a new sofa on the eBay store and won at a bargain price, I wasn't expecting the customer service I received, they rang me to arrange delivery and arranged it to my convenience, very happy customer :) my sofa is also gorgeous so I'm super happy. arrived today with no problems exactly when the delivery guys said it would. No waiting about like other companies. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely be returning in the future when I need more furniture. Thank you

I have today ordered a sofa from this company. After deciding I wanted a velvet crush sofa it took me three phone calls later to settle on a colour.
Then once I got home I had completely changed my mind and wanted a whole different sofa. I rang the company back and spoke to Ray who had put up with me switching and changing my mind all day and he was only very happy to help.
Although I haven't yet received my new sofa I am absolutely thrilled with the service I have received from Ray. Will definitely recommend anyone and definitely to deal with Ray !

It was the jumbo 3 seater in chocolate. I'm so happy with my order. It's very comfortable.
The ordering was easy. The delivery time at 17 day's was great. I couldn't fault the delivery men. Happy and efficient.

Orderd 3+2 seater sofas paid cash on delivery they looked great mind very small when u come to sit on them the wood creeks sounds shocking very poory and cheaply made, contacted them the 'supervisor' interupted every word i said was extremley rude dont no the meaning of customer service i got told the returns procedure wrong by 3 different people so they wouldnt deal with it they said i would have to pay £50 to have them collected back, he said i had to send a email which i did had no response then he said i had to send photos and videos changed the procedure all the time made things up basically i doubt ill get a refund avoid this company there cheap for a reason!!!!! Disgusted

I have just bought a couch from here and it is absulutly unreal. The price was so cheap i thought it was gunna be rubbish quality but its very expensive looking. The man i dealed with always got back to me straight away when i had questions etc. I will deffo be recommending these again.

Great quality sofas, very comfortable and an amazing price. You won’t get better elsewhere. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times and the delivery was exactly on time.
