Blocked me and wouldn’t answer my calls…Eventually we went to the store and just picked up some garden furniture just to get something for our money… You will be able to do your own research on the owner Suzanne Dickinson on Google.. her sofas does not pass the fire safety requirements either. Do your research!

Worst company ever!!! Wouldn’t touch them with a bargpole.The manager is rude. If you have a problems with your sofa it will never get resolved. You constantly get lied to by the owner and her staff avoid like the plague.

Worst service iv ever received by a company ever. Owner was rude and shouted at myself and my father, insulted us both, changed my delivery 3 times when I had each time organised a window fitter to come. Then almost refused to deliver it when I questioned why she kept changing times after promising me. She threatened me saying she knows people in my area who said what I’m like - i have only lived here two weeks - rang me 4 times shouting and swearing asking when I’m coming to pick up my 2 grand sofa - in the end it was left outside my house. Never have I ever been spoken to like that in my life especially by someone iv purchased a product from . I asked for a refund but was refused - avoid like the plage!

SUZANNE con artist. she also breeds dogs. sold us a puppy 2020 june promised was ABKC registered 2 years of watsapp messages sending us documents that it will be done after taking £5000 of our money saying there on the way, we gave her the benefit of the doubt. sending us her company saying shes this that and the other. then blocking our number, rung ABKC the dad of our puppy never been registered nor the puppy!! shes taken our money for a false advertised dog and now blocked us. shes a con artist!!

The worst experience I have had in my life. Purchased a sofa for £2,000 paid in full to be told that prices have gone up and they want me to pay £500 more. The director Suzanne is a horrible lady who did nothing but insult me and put the phone down refusing to give me my money back. This company is not the place to go no customer service day light robbery. I recorded Suzanna talk to me in the most horrible way telling me how discussing I sound on the phone. Never had an experience like this in my life. Suzanna talks about how she made her money well yes from robbing people stay clear.

THIS COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRADE PRICE SOFA WALES! This is a company based in England!

Purchased a sofa three days after I had it in my home the inserts had started to go down it seemed like it was dipped in the middle how could this be if it was a new sofa convinced it was a factory second I contacted TPS explained the issue ans sent over photos the the Facebook page they took a good while to get back to me and said his ia how the sofa should be a floppy type of sofa 😂

Absolutely shocking!!
As a celebrity I would expect to be treated with some kind of class but Suzanne the managers attitude was disgusting even resorted in swearing.
Avoid avoid avoid!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Suzanne (the Director) and Alex are by far the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with!
After spending nearly £5000, they sent the wrong table and 3 weeks late (fine, mistakes happen... BUT,)
Currently still owed nearly £1000 back! Both Suzanne and Alex have continuously been nothing but rude, passed the buck to each other and hung up the phone like children.

I have now been left with no choice but to take this matter to Trading Standards and Small Claims Court.

Wow! The sofa my partner and I ordered is just gorgeous. Everyone we spoke to at the company was so helpful and friendly. Suzanne went out of her way to make sure we was getting exactly what we asked for, she was very kind and again helpful. Lovely lady! I will 100% be ordering again and again! Thank you all for a lovely stress free experience

Trade price sofas could not do enough for me from start to finish when I chose my sofa … kept me informed when sofa had arrived then was delivered and assembled… highly recommend excellent service thank you

Honestly don't go to these for sofas read all the review wish I had!! Went to llanishen store woman rude as a pig!!! Dont eve ring you back bring sofa with missing parts, hang up phone still haven't recived missing parts!! Company is conning people hope every single one of them has back luck !!!! Shop eles where.

Sofa came 3 days after purchasing it which is fabulous. When sofa arrived there was a tiny rip which was no ones fault. I rang and they rectified the problem and sent a replacement within 2 days. Very helpfull and very professional. So pleased with the sofa.

Purchased a sofa from the Llantrisant store. The sofa was made to my specifications. Delivery took about 10 days, which I was extremely pleased about, as I was told approximately 14 days. I am so happy with it and will definitely buy from here again.

We attended the Llantrisant store to have a look around and get an idea of what we wanted, We didn't intend on buying a sofa that day due to our house needing lots of work - which could take a minimum of 4 weeks.
We was approached by the owner and was encouraged to purchase a particular sofa we had our eye on, we explained our situation and was told that if we purchased on that day our sofa would be stored, free of charge until we were ready. Which we agreed with!! (it made sense as it was one less thing to worry about) we was then told we couldn't pay with card as the supplier only accepted cash(never will I do this ever again, but.. You learn) the deposit was paid and the full amount a few days later.
2 weeks after this, I phoned the store to arrange a delivery date/time (I work shifts so have to arrange things in advance) to be told that our sofa would be arriving the following day, we wasn't Informed of this and wouldn't know if I didn't ring?!! I explained that it wasn't possible.. Nobody was going to be there, the house wasn't ready and questioned it.. as they promised to store our sofa for atleast 4 weeks - they told us that they could no longer store the sofa and it needed to be delivered. We agreed for it to be delivered the following week! Despite having no floor down and the walls yet to be painted. They did not care about our situation and would not hold it for the extra week so we could get the work done.

The sofa arrived the following week in a damaged state * see photos attached*
we refused to accept this, as this was not what we had paid for!! the store then blamed us.. Stating we agreed to have a "show room sofa" when this was not the case. Our receipt even states "same as showroom" as we liked the original style. I was fed up of being messed around and requested a refund which was rejected due to us paying in cash!
The women on the phones attitude was absolutely disgusting. "there's no chance you're getting a refund, you paid in cash" and was just damn right rude. She even had the audacity to put the phone down on me and my partner, not just once, numerous times! We was unable to speak to the owner as she was away at the time so was directed to the merthyr store manager.. Thank god for Alex. She promised she would get the situation sorted and couldn't have been more apologetic after seeing the state of the sofa. I had my doubts that we would recieve our sofa, never mind a refund after the way things were handled by the Llantrisant staff! but that was not the case, she came through. We recieved our new sofa a couple of weeks later from the merthyr store. Beautiful sofa and good quality but I would honestly rather pay the extra and have no hassle. This caused unnecessary stress and I will never recommend buying from here. The owner didn't even ring to sort the situation or try to resolve anything despite us buying the sofa off her directly in store.

Be aware - we was not told about a delivery charge neither was the delivery charge box ticked on receipt. We had to pay this despite all the hassle we recieved
