Great no hassle polite customer services answered my question in seconds.

I have to give Sabrina 5 stars as her service was excellent.

BUT - if this review was for tpt and the service I've received over the last 3-4 months... i would give it 1 star.

I have been battling with tpt for nearly 3-4 months to get a simple pension fund transfer completed. I asked for all current investments and all future payments/investments to be put into the tpt cash fund...

Over the last few months, I have had to make 2 complaints to tpt directly, and due to their responses and lack of action I've also had to escalate my complaint to the next level.

I have made several phone calls and emails over the last few months. At times, I feel I've been gaslighted and promised call backs from the complaints line and haven't been called back.

Sabrina was the FIRST team member to deliver on her promise to call me back, as this was my third call to the complaints line.

I have been appalled at the service i have received from tpt. the fact that one of my tpt complaints was not upheld as they said the fund transfer had happened 2 weeks previously. yet on checking the portal - it hadn't. was just a joke!!
I genuinely didn't believe that one person knew what the other was doing..

When i called up to ask - they just didn't know, and weren't able to any any of my questions.

I was promised many times that this would be escalated to the highest level and would be sorted out.

This has taken the last 3 months to sort out and many many hours of my time, writing email and making calls.

As I say - Sabrina is the first person to call me back, and actually help get this sorted.

tpt - if you're reading this - go into my account and look at who has dealt with me and listen to the phone conversations!

so - as of today - my funds are now in the correct fund which i requested over 3 months ago.

However, the proof of the pudding will be at the start of next month when my July Payment goes into my pension pot. Lets see if it goes into the correct fund as requested or if I have to start this whole process again!

So 5 stars for Sabrina (thank you!) and ONE for tpt!

Didn't need to wait too long. Once connected, I spoke to a human being pretty quickly. Jodi was able to answer all my questions and helped me move things on to the next stage.

The staff I interacted and spoke with was pleasant, patient, professional and very supportive.

I interacted many times in July.

The customer team I spoke to was very helpful, professional and smart. All my worries and queries were sorted promptly.
