Ridiculous fees, and policies

I’ve had this Loan three years, never been late, never asked for a fee to be waived. Made the payment one day late this month, because I was sick, and they added a $110.50 fee. Waited on hold with customer service an hour to ask for the fee to be waived. The agent was only able to wave $100 worth of the fee. This company clearly does not value long-term or repeat customers.

Missed two payment by direct debit just by a day and paid immediately by debit card

Missed two payment by direct debit in 15 years only by one or two days. Sent me a reminder for payment.got money in bank phoned them up saying money is in bank but not taken out. They said need see bank did that and bank said nothing to do with bank they don’t stop direct debit unless authorised which I guessed!. Got back in touch with Toyota financial and said they cancelled direct debit.SO THEY WONDER WHY THEYRE NOT PAID!. If they hadn’t cancelled it then they would have been paid. If a message or letter sent to me explaining in first instance why it was cancelled I would have understood. But what made it worse is they tried to blame the bank and it was them that cocked it all up. Usual scenario lack of communication! Useless.

Bought 3 cars from Toyota spanning over…

Bought 3 cars from Toyota spanning over 6 years using their pcp. However i decided to buy the 3rd car as i got fed of monthly payments and changing vehicles so often. Requested them to extend my term by 6 months to pay off the remaining baloon payment. They outright refused and tried to manipulate me into agreeing another financial arrangement. No customer loyalty from a big so called reputable motoring manufacturer. In the end i was forced to take an interest free credit card to pay off the £9k payment.

I got connected to a CS & January 13…

I got connected to a Customer Service on January 13, 2026 between 10am & 1030a. The CS said he doesn't handle my inquiry & will transfer my call to the right department & yes he did transfer my call to a non working number. I just wanted my money back from the Care Plan I purchased. The dealer said to call Toyota Financial & Toyota Financial said to go to the dealer. Hey, Toyota I've gotten 3 cars from you how about being nice to your customers? Treat us with respect. CS is very rude & disrespectful. I can't leave a CS rating/review after my call because he transferred me to a non working number.

Absolute worst service ever

Absolute worst service ever. I get told that my Truck that I sold to a dealership is not paid off. Come to find out they received a check from the dealership. I call them to try to figure this out, because it can have consequences with my credit. Spent an hour of my day mad because I was waiting on a rep. The wait times are horrible, the organization of this company is horrible, and the reps are consistently rude. Under no circumstance should you finance with this company.

La peor experiencia

La peor experiencia. Personas que trabajan sin ganas, enfadadas y sin ningún tipo de atención al cliente. Una experiencia nefasta en todos los aspectos. Las operadoras parecen sacadas de un show de terror. Son groseras, altivas y malas trabajadoras. Yo una de las veces hablé con Fabiola que me dijo directamente que tenían muchos correos y que no podían contestar a todos y que si no me gustaba, que pusiera una queja! así tal cual. Lamentable. Estarán los japoneses contentos...

Je suis cliente Toyota en LOA pour une yaris cross

Je suis cliente Toyota en LOA pour une Yaris Cross hybride et la gestion de la fin de contrat par Toyota Finance est, à ce jour, inadmissible.
Depuis septembre, je demande une solution claire pour la fin de ma LOA : soit une courte prolongation, soit le rachat du véhicule avec une sécurisation minimale sur la batterie de démarrage (problème récurrent, plusieurs remplacements, batterie “nouvelle génération” posée). Par téléphone, tout semble possible ; dès que je demande une confirmation écrite, plus rien n’est possible.
On m’a envoyé un avenant de réaménagement que je n’avais jamais demandé, avec une forte hausse des mensualités et une prolongation jusqu’en 2028, sans aucun lien avec ma demande. J’ai formellement refusé par écrit et confirmé vouloir exercer l’option d’achat au montant contractuel à la date prévue.
Depuis, Toyota Finance et la concession se renvoient la balle :

Pas de contrat de cession pour payer l’option d’achat,

aucune réponse écrite sur la prise en charge de la batterie de démarrage,

des semaines de mails et d’appels sans interlocuteur responsable ni vision d’ensemble du dossier.

Résultat : à quelques jours de l’échéance, je suis prête à payer et à acheter mon véhicule, mais Toyota Finance est incapable de fournir un process simple, transparent et écrit. Cette situation crée un stress inutile et donne une image catastrophique du sérieux du service financier, très loin du niveau attendu pour une marque comme Toyota.

What a joke this company is , I'm due a refund they said it takes 10 working days and the 10 working days have been and gone. Still no refund as I've phoned the company up three times about it. The credit agreement was all cleared by the 7th of December and we r now on the 22nd

Lamentable atención

Lamentable atención, SON LO PEOR DE LO PEOR, llevo pagando cinco años rigurosamente cada mes las cuotas de la financiación y porque un mes vino una devuelta empezaron con amenazas por todo tipo de medios whatsapp email SMS incluso llamadas que tengo bloqueadas, te amenazan con meterte en la lista de morosos con llevarte a los tribunales todo esto por unos pocos días de retraso en un pago de un recibo! Desmesurado.
Y si ya tienes que llamar y te atiende una de sus "encantadoras"operadoras te trata como un criminal , aunque estés llamando para pagar con tarjeta, desde que saqué el coche del concesionario la experiencia con Toyota ha sido muy negativa a todos los niveles porque caes en una desatención total desde que te llevas el coche y te tratan con una estupidez y prepotencia inaceptable. Jamás vuelvo a comprar con ellos pese a que el vehículo salió bueno solo por el trato asqueroso que dan al cliente.

LOA chez Toyota Finances: DANGER!!

A l'attention des futurs clients des excellentes voitures Toyota, qui souhaitent passer par une LOA chez TFS: ne le faites surtout pas! Pour mon véhicule en LOA de mai 2025, détruit lors des événements climatiques dans ma région du 21 septembre, après l' expertise déclarant le véhicule irréparable, mon assurance à acquis l'épave à TFS le 9 octobre.
Cet étrange organisme bancaire a continué à prélever tout le loyer d'octobre et, cerise sur le gâteau, le mois de novembre pour un véhicule qui ne leur appartient plus!
Quant à savoir quand seront remboursées les sommes prélevées indûment, on est confronté à:
- un service très difficilement joignable
- quand on y parvient, l'interlocuteur se montre arrogant, limite insultant et in fine, on n'obtient aucune réponse claire à la question.
Mieux vaut emprunter auprès d'une banque sérieuse.

Avoid Toyota Financial Services

Avoid Toyota Finance they are an absolute shower!! Can't see how they get to use the name of Toyota, big big mistake by Toyota!! I have been trying in vain to get a refund of an overpayment by them on my Finance agreement. Nothing but empty promises that lead nowhere. If I ever buy another Toyota it certainly won't be through them!

Peor creo que es imposible poder hacerlo tan mal. No me puedo creer que Toyota tenga un servicio de financiación tan patético. Las dos veces que he intentado entrar desde que estoy pagando el coche ha sido imposible. Las que te atienden más desagradables no pueden ser. Porque la verdad que estoy contenta con el coche pero con la gente esta con la que trabajan de verdad que dan ganas de cambiar de marca de vehículo

The recent DCA commission complaint…

The recent DCA commission complaint system is not working at Toyota Financials as I’ve been told by their Customer Relations call centre their records do not go far enough back. So even though I sent them the copy of the Agreement and other supporting evidence, they just send a boiler template response out. They have the temerity to say because they don’t hold records for those years, they say you cannot raise a complaint to the FCA which is a tactic to avoid responsibility for potential passed misdemeanours . I’ve raised a complaint of course with the FCA and encourage others to do so if you have been treated in the same shoddy way. No issue with Toyota cars but never use Toyota Financial services. They are very discourteous and rather dim in my opinion.

Avoid Toyota financial at all costs! A word is enough for the wise, worst customer service ever!
Tried last year for almost a year to get my direct debit changed to a single date. I mean how hard can that be, never happened. So was paying monthly, Got reminded I forgot to pay and paid immediately, still showed on my credit report even though I was told it won’t.

Caraduras

Son unos caraduras, cuando se cancela una financiación no cancelan la reserva de dominio en el registro, tienes que hacerlo tu. Ni siquiera inician el trámite automáticamente aunque el coste lo vayas a asumir tu, ellos cobran y luego se lavan las manos. Alegan que en el contrato se estipula que es el cliente quien debe hacerlo, pero la realidad es que son ellos quienes deberían ya que se establece como garantía para su seguridad frente al cobro. Son unos getas y espero que algún dia alguien les lleve a los tribunales y podamos todos reclamarles semejante abuso a los consumidores.

Es increíble la inutilidad del servicio…

Es increíble la inutilidad del servicio finanzas, llevo semanas intentando contactar para que me cambien la domiciliación bancaria del recibo, algo tan simple como eso. Pues no hay forma! Llamé a todos los números, envié correos, incluso yendo al propio concesionario que me facilitaron otro número con el que supuestamente me atenderían directamente, donde me pasaron varios operadores para finalmente tenerme en una espera infinita. En resumen, un servicio totalmente inútil.

Horrendous service!!

What an absolute nightmare trying to actually get through to anyone!! Dealerships are happy to sell you anything and their granny even when it’s not needed but borderline impossible to get a human from Toyota financial services on the telephone!

I thought the dealership was bad enough but this lot beat the poor level of service hands down!!!

Avoid Toyota at all costs. I had a full head of hair before I had the misfortune of trying to communicate with this lot AND I’m still sat on hold!!!

The worst company ever deal with

The worst, company. Paid the full balance in the car ,and 10 days later after two phone call with them to clear the mark on HPI for the finance, there is still said its outstanding finance on the car. The lady on the phone told me that's take up to 10 working days to remove, and is o job for 15min.
Avoid them at all cost
