Toyota Financial Services is the worst!

Great cars but unfortunately their financial services suck! Getting to a human takes days and then they are no help. They will cash your check and then say you did not make the payment even though you have the cashed check to prove it but they do not accept that as proof.

Gestión de documentos

Gestión de documentos. Tardaron casi un mes en gestionarme un certificado para levantamiento de dominio porque dejan las cartas paradas para envío hasta tener un volumen grade o por lo menos esa es la excusa que me pusieron. Lamentable gestión.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. On hold for a very long time, then passed THREE TIMES to different departments. On one transfer I got cut off so had to go through the whole process again. Was told someone would call me to collect my car the same day, had no call, so now car isnt taxed and just sat on my drive and I'm gonig to have to call again. Noone knows what they are doing here.

Eh oui une étoile car on ne peux pas mettre 0.
Voilà, j'avais un RAV4, repris par un garage et sur mon tableau d'amortissement, il y était stipulé qu'au 30 juin il restait à payer 15584,24. Mon véhicule a été repris et payé 15936,21. Soit une différence,a mon égard de 351,97. La Toyota me signale que mon solde est réglé pour la somme de 15876,99( je ne sais pas où ils ont trouvé cette somme). De plus en date du 1er juillet, un prélèvement sur mon compte de 429,29 ( ce qui correspond à mes mensualités) alors que le véhicule est soldé. Appel a Toyota financement et on me dit que c'est normal. Je suis peut être abruti mais si je fais mes calculs. La différence entre le solde du véhicule, la somme restant au tableau d'amortissement et le prélèvement de juillet, Toyota me doit 781,26. Donc hier envoi d'un mail avec mis en demeure de régler la somme dûe. Si il faut aller devant les tribunaux pour recevoir mon dû et je demanderais des préjudices, je le ferais. Franchement si Toyota vous propose un financement, aller voir votre banque. Des incompétents au plus haut point. Et encore j'en passe. A un moment je devais 16000, après ce n'était plus que 15500. Enfin je pense que Toyota devrait fournir des calculatrices a leurs personnels, cela éviterais premièrement d'annoncer des bêtises à leurs clients et en plus de ne pas continuer de faire des prélèvements alors que le véhicule est soldé

Terrible service


Terrible service. Takes forever to get through on the phone and they don’t respond to email messages. I had expected better from Lexus although maybe this experience is because all finance is handled through Toyota. Requested a final settlement quote which was sent though with a 4 week validity. Unfortunately they charge interest up until that date even if the loan is settled ahead of that. The agent told me it was against the law(!) to refund the interest due if settled earlier than 28 days.

Honteux et inhumain



Ils ne méritent clairement aucunes etoiles.

J’ai souscrit un prêt à tempérament auprès de Toyota Financial Services Belgium pour financer mon véhicule. Après un accident grave qui a entraîné la perte totale de celui-ci, mon assurance a versé une indemnité à Toyota, comme prévu par la clause bénéficiaire.

Problème : Toyota a reçu 33.690 € HTVA, mais refuse de reconnaître qu’il s’agit bien d’un montant hors TVA — alors même que cela a été confirmé par téléphone, par écrit, et par l’assurance elle-même. De plus, il faut savoir que j'avais assuré ma voiture prix catalogue et qu'il y avait déjà une différence entre le montant initial payé pour la voiture et sa valeur catalogue, même cette partie, Toyota refuse de me la rétrocéder alors que je suis la personne qui a payé cette assurance ! Résultat : ils ont ajouté indûment la TVA au montant qu’ils prétendaient devoir récupérer, et ne m’ont remboursé qu’un trop-perçu très partiel, alors qu’il manque plus de 7.000 € à ce jour.

Pire encore : Toyota a continué à prélever des mensualités après la perte totale du véhicule, pour plus de 2.000 €, alors que le contrat aurait dû être clôturé. C’est moi qui ai dû faire l’intermédiaire entre eux et l’assurance, relancer, insister, expliquer — comme si je travaillais à leur place.

Le contrat signé porte bien la mention “prêt à tempérament”, mais Toyota mélange volontairement les termes (“loyer”, “option d’achat”) pour semer la confusion, et prétend maintenant que je n’étais pas réellement propriétaire du véhicule, pour moi c'est de l'abus de langage. Et quand j'appelle, on me dit que je n'ai pas le droit de récupérer la TVA sur un véhicule qui ne m'appartient pas, sous prétexte que c'est le nom de leur société qui apparaît sur la facture. Quand j'ai souscrit ce prêt au garage, j'ai bien précisé que je ne souhaitais pas du leasing et le vendeur m'a certifié que ça n'en était pas puisqu'il était inscrit "prêt à tempérament" sur le document.
Cette stratégie est incompréhensible et injustifiable pour un client de bonne foi.

Je suis contrainte de déposer plainte et d’envisager des démarches juridiques pour faire valoir mes droits.

Je déconseille vivement cette société pour tout financement automobile.
Quand un problème survient, vous êtes seul, face à une machine sourde et opaque.

Toyota Minor Damage Insurance Failure

on 17th May 2025, I made an online claim for some minor dents to be repaired under my insurance policy. I did not hear from Toyota Insurethat so on 30th May I telephoned them, explained the situation and was advised that my claim had been received by Toyota, everything was in order but they apologised for the delay citing that they were very busy and it would be dealt with in 1/2 days. No response by 5th June so I sent an email to their published email address. Their published email address was invalid. When I phoned them on 5th June, all I got was a thousand questions and the run around but no progress. Not good

Trying to get answers by phone

Tried numerous times both on 2nd and 3 rd June to make final payment on agreement.On hold each phone call(4) for at least Thirty minutes on 2nd June 3rdJune gave up after third call left on hold for fifty seven minutes . Call back would be a useful tool for these waits or more staff.Being transferred from one department to the other on hold all time between connections. Very bad customer service service.if could give minus stars would

Don't sell my data!

I bought a Toyota vehicle from Bryan-College Station, TX. A week after that, I kept getting tons of junk mail and spam calls about extended warranty with my full name, address, phone number, make, model, year and specifications of the exact vehicle I bought. How would the scammers know all this if not these selfish managers sell my data?

Solde de mon loa pour 10700€ régler le 4 mai et tentative de facturation de 1700€ en date du 25 mai.
Je reste poli mais il me semble qu'ily à une très mauvaise communication chez toyota finance à moins que ce soit tout simplement de l'incompétence.

Appalling Customer Service

Appalling Customer Service. Hounded by letter when my finance agreement was about to end despite having communicated with Toyota via their email system. Phoning the Customer Service number on receiving the fourth letter I received was impossible - gave up after being left on hold for twenty minutes plus on two occasions. Its clear that the departments within TFS do not communicate with each other. Thank God my agreement has ended with this amateur outfit.

I spent a day and a half trying to pay…

I spent a day and a half trying to pay the balance of my PCP. The Toyota Finance system was unable to take my payment (despite my bank being 100% up for it) and when I tried to contact them to find out how to progress, all I got was computer-generated “we can’t help” messages. Rubbish.

Im warning you not go buy from this…

Im warning you not go buy from this company they screwed on me, I was paying my monthly payments as agreed and all the sudden they said I was late and made me do 3 to 4 payments per 4 months in a row, now that my contract is to come to end, they said that i was making payments towards the principle not the payments and that that acrued me interest which are big lies, and added $779.00 just because of that, in addition to that they said that my total to pay with late fees where 1,362.36 when I check the app it says 1,335.94 they are stealing me money for the past year. I will try to get legal advise on this as they are easily stealing my money and collecting fees out of nowhere from me. do not go there their customer service is horrible!

Toyota Financial sends text messages…

Toyota Financial sends text messages about our account to someone else. I spent 30 minutes trying to explain, but no one has any common sense. Be sure the dealer sends all the right info because you will play hell trying to correct it. I hope rates fall and I can refi someplace else. These people are ridiculous.

When you call

When you call, you are put through to a person who turns out to not be able to help you. You have just spent time giving them all the information they need, answering their questions. They pass you onto someone else who is asking you the same questions. Now, if you answer too early out of yourself because you know what they are going to ask you, you need to call again. What a massive waste of time !
