Redline finance Toyota has got to be the worst call company I’ve ever dealt with.
Never answer the phone get to number 2 in the queue and get cut off or get to 1 in the queue and get an automated message to say they won’t answer.
Don’t think I’ve ever dealt with any company so bad, spend hours on hold no answer, ask for call back never happens, emails no reply despite saying two days.
They need investigating and dealing with if I wanted to settle finance or return the vehicle you have no chance at all.
Completely pointless service.
I can’t give it zero stars and even that would be too generous.

Absolutely a shambles,,,,, bought a van from Arnold Clark Hillington in Scotland with Toyota as the finance company van cost over 20K ,,,,, put £9200 deposit on the van ,,,,bought the van in June last year now on to my 5th major problem with the van ,,,,, Arnold Clark gave me a 10 month warranty when a bought the van only to tell me it doesn’t cover any of the faults in the van that had only done 27K miles when purchased of them in June 3 DPF problems at the cost of nearly 2K which had to be paid by me AD blue problems then the turbo went no cover again another 800 quid got the van back Tuesday this week now going back to Arnold Clark tomorrow saying engine fault but that was meant to be sorted 3 times already at the cost of 2K now got the financial ombudsman on to this mob BE WARNED THIS MOB are scum don’t care one bit about there customers am fighting this all the way AVOID THIS MOB AT ALL COSTS liars

Enième avis pour le même problème. Un véhicule épave et le service finance est injoignable donc la procédure d'assurance est bloquée et donc on est toujours prélevé depuis presque 1an sans avoir de véhicule !!!!

They have the worst customer service. My bank sent a check to buy out my lease. Three weeks passed. No indication that the truck was paid off. I called four times and was on hold one hour each time. I finally spoke to a rep who admitted that they had my check but were a little backed up processing it. Four weeks have passed and no action. I probably will not buy a Toyota agian.

The most incompetent company I have ever been involved with. I will never buy another Toyota as long as I live. Customer Service you would expect from a bunch of three year olds.
Bara strul sen jag bytte bil
Galet vad det strular hos Toyota Finans! Flera olika ärenden sedan hösten 2023 när jag bytte bil. Dom har stora problem med interna system och svarar osammanhängande och olika på ärenden.
Ibland får man svar att fakturan inte är betald fast den är det. På profilen stor det betald men dom skickar ändå ut påminnelse.
Hade jag kunnat hade jag bytt finansieringsbolag på bilen.
Rekommenderar inte dessa!

The worst costumer service in the world, trying to get through when you have a problem will take weeks, nobody answer the phone, they just keep you on hold and when you're next in the queue the call cuts off. I was trying to sort my finance out and after 1 months still struggling to get in contact with them, shame of a company.

Lors de la signature nous avons demandé a être prelevé en debut de mois, et j'ai remarqué aussi qu'on nous avait mis que 4 ans de contrat d'entretien alors qu'on avait le devis pour 5 ans!
Nous avons dû envoyer plusieurs mails et appel pour avoir un contrat d'entretien sur 5 ans (comme ce qui était prévu initialement) -> on a mis 1 mois a avoir un retour positif
Le 08/02, nous n'étions toujours pas prélevé. on a envoyé un mail et on nous a répondu que nous serons prelevé le 29.
J'ai donc demandé une modification sur le compte pour le 10 du mois. Par contre il y a une augmentation du montant des prélèvements à venir (dû au calcul des interet).
Nous sommes réellement mecontent du service toyota (qui était très bien avant de l'acheter avec beaucoup de réactivité, mais une fois que tous les documents ont été signés, plus aucun suivi, delais d'attente très long).

I had an accident on the 23rd of December. I only owed $1,700 left on the car that I was financing and my car got totaled. My insurance company is settling for $9,725, but Toyota financial is holding it up because they have to do a review. Why is it any of Toyota Financials business how much money I'm getting and how dare they slow my check down. I will never do business with Toyota financial again!
