Went to the NFL game, Impressive stadium and facilities. Only drawback is the beer dispensing system which fills the plastic cups through a valve in the bottom. Great idea but when you go downstairs, collect 4 pints in a tray and take them back to your seats, its particularly annoying when two of them leak through the valve. Options are to drink it quickly (Is this a Levy ploy to sell more beer?) or let a load of it drip onto the floor which is messy. Not really worth going back and queuing again for replacements.

My sister and I took the stadium tour today and we were amazed at this building. Absolutely fabulous in all respects. The thought and design that has gone into making it a world class stadia is mind boggling. Well done THFC and COYS, we must add more silverware to the cabinets.

I am I massive Spurs fan and brought 3 retro tops. So saved them for a nice occasion. Just wore the Holsten 84 top and the ink leaked onto the shirt. Haven't washed it yet but it's poor quality merchandise. I admit I won't go through the process of sending it back because it's a waste of my time. I am still a Spurs fan but will just wear the top and it can be a public reminder of.Levy's cheapness and poor customer relations. Nothing surprises me anymore. I have showed pictures and a video to show them. Disappointed. Really cheap material used my Spurs. Better off attempting to knit the top myself and purchase better materials than hope Tottenham will be fair with this.

Since the start of the year I’ve purchased adult membership, 5 pairs of wireless earphones, 1 power bank, 2 mugs, 1 water bottle, 3 Bluetooth speakers and 2 phone stands. And every time I’ve had a smooth transaction and order completion. Had to send 2 earphones back as they didn’t work well but my refund was sorted very easily. Will shop with the club again, come on you Spurs.

Purchased a shirt from the stadium shop for my sons birthday after the Man U game. The very next the letters were peeling so I contacted customer services to enquire how to sort a replacement. I was told to return the shirt with a covering letter including my phone number. Correspondence seemed good up until this point. I immediately returned the shirt by recorded delivery with a copy of my receipt and covering letter. I have not heard anything despite them receiving the shirt 2 weeks ago and no one is updating me despite contacting customer services 3 times since the shirt was returned. £75 for a shirt for my sons bday that he can’t even wear!

Had an amazing experience at this establishment. Very well organized; well staffed, and great loction!

Went on the Dare Skywalk and Edge on 22nd August. What a fantastic experience all round. Our guide, Ismail was awesome. Made the day one to remember and, his knowledge was amazing, especially to remember all our names in one go!. Top man and thank you ☺️

Visited the store on a matchday.
Bought a female training top but had to try it on over the top I was wearing as changing rooms aren’t open. Bit discriminative as most of the men were trying theirs on and could remove their tops in the shop. Please just have a changing room open for those of us who can’t just remove a top! I bought a top, £40 but its not the correct fit. Tough t**s I guess (pun intended)

“Accessible parking for Wizkid at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium must be booked directly through Ticketmaster, who are managing accessible tickets for this event”.

Ticket Master info:
“Unfortunately, we only sell accessible tickets for the event but not car parking or the shuttle bus so not able to help with your request”.

Result:
Banging my head against a brick wall from poor customer care related to disabled guests. Feeling discriminated against due to disability.

Please communicate with eachother better Ticketmaster and Tottenham Hotspur, as you are providing misinformation on your websites, resulting in distress.

Went to a few games, was quite nice but a headache getting tickets. For the Spurs v Man Utd game, I was in the process of buying tickets when the terrible website glitched out once again and bought me tickets to the Nottingham Forest game. Other than the fact that I didn't want to these tickets, I also couldn't make the game but I wasn't given a refund because they were ticket exchange tickets (they couldn't sell out the stadium). I didn't sell the tickets on as per the rules and I ended up missing the game. When i raised the issue with my bank, they suspended my membership :/

Visited the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the game on 06/05/2023 and what an experience. Your staff are all a credit to your business. Every single one of them was friendly & helpful and made the day a brilliant experience. We'll be back and will definitely recommend.

It was a great day very fun and would like to big up man like EATHAN our tour guide for his brilliant work today he had us in stitches!!! Proper tour guide him!! Big up from the spurs and the toon couple lol same trainer couple lol

Tool my son for his 30th to do the skywalk and stadium tour on sat 29th April. The guys who took us on the sjywalk were top class and had good knowledge. The stadium tour we liked as went at our own pace. Great day and experience.

I'm a Spurs fan, I was blown away by our visit. We did the stadium tour and skywalk. Our skywalk guide Ishmael was fantastic and the whole experience was amazing. All the guides around the stadium were very friendly and helpful and made the experience unforgettable.

We did the Dare Skywalk and stadium tour. Fantastic. I’m not a Spurs fan (my husband is) but was totally awed by the grounds. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Julie, our Skywalk guide, and Rich our tour guide. Brilliant day out.
