The customer services staff at the store are great but the store security are absolutely terrible and very ego bullish minded. The female security staff who was standing by the exit requested to see my receipt for a pin badge I bought just as I was leaving the store. When I told her I haven’t got it then she asked me to go back to the tills and get one otherwise I couldn’t leave the store which was such a ridiculous threat to say. The alarm didn’t go off and she even saw me purchase the item so what was the problem? I challenged on this and also the false claim she saying every store has this policy that you had to show your receipt before you leave the store. When I argued my case she said ‘don’t be offended I’m only doing my job’. That’s the typical excuses they will use when they know they are in the wrong. Even the staff at the tills knew she was wrong. They need to sort out a more sensible way of security and not randomly picking on someone who look the part and telling them they can’t leave the store until you show a receipt for your purchased item. Of course customers will get angry. Sort it out Daniel Levy and don’t treat customers like criminals!

Bought a smart watch from their online store for a Tottenham fan… it cost £80 and it said it had a two year warranty. After 10 months it started to Malfunction.
I contacted Tottenham online and firstly received a email back from a person called Arjun saying…
“Can you tell me where it says you have a warranty? “ Not the reply I was expecting!!!
I replied showing the statement from the website which said it came with a two year manufacturers warranty.
I was then told I needed to contact the manufacturer as Tottenham do not give a guarantee with anything.
I thought the first 12 months it was covered by the seller then after 12 months it’s down to the manufacturer but Tottenham don’t care.
I would never buy anything from them again. I think their customer service is poor ….

Went on the Skywalk at Tottenham as part of my 50th Birthday celebrations, we can throughly recommend it , stunning views when at the top and on the ascent.

Jason our guide was truly brilliant , funny knowledgeable and above all caring, some of our group were understandably a bit nervous, but Jason was that calming influence and patient with it .

We went for a stadium tour in December 2023, which was really enjoyable. We then went to the Spurs shop. We bought 2 expensive items; a jumper and a mug - amongst other expensive items. We found a hole in the jumper before my partner even had chance to wear it and the mugs Spurs emblem started to peel off after a few weeks. I tried to repair it myself but couldn't. I wasn't going to complain because I thought what's the point but I feel I need to make other customers aware that the price of the items in that very expensive shop doesn't reflect the poor quality. Very disappointed 😞

We came for a stadium tour, we were running a few minutes late as we have a new-born that decided to feed a bad time, but they booked us on the next one shortly after no problem.
I just wanted to come on and say the staff were absolutely excellent. From when we arrived, to the moment we left, every single member of staff were outstanding, especially around the tours and the F1 drive experience. And we spoke to a lot, inc Chirpy. They honestly made our day and my eldest son’s birthday. Thank you

Recently did a legends stadium tour with Martin Chivers. What a day we had. John Jackson accompanied us as we were shown around this magnificent stadium. He was knowledgable and interesting. Mr Chivers has been my husband Allen’s hero since the early 1970s alongside Pat Jennings. He was like a child in a sweetshop. There were so many interesting stories that Martin told about his life at Tottenham. He answered many questions and signed photos and posed for photos. The tour was excellent. Walking in the footsteps of your hero’s. What more could you ask for. Thank you John for your kindness and sharing your knowledge. Thank you Mr Chivers sir for your company and sharing your treasured memories. We will be back

Awful experience in the Away side though. Grim small area. Food was awful and cold. Do Tottenham not understand that Away supporters also have money to spend there. Will not bother again.

Best Ground I have been to be you a Spurs fan or not, the facilities there are top notch
JC warmed us up with some fantastic facts about the clubs origins and without too much if any spite about Arsenal, he was fun and informative, and then we ...the 100 plus people were left with a touch pad and headphones to wander around the atrium, VIP boxes, dressing rooms, tunnels,press rooms, gym etc without interruption or feeling hurried there was no hard sell but plenty of friendly staff around to answer any questions. The players are so lucky to be working in a place like that and the views are brilliant ...it is so well thought out and planned, and is the way forward.

Worst online shop on the land, you wouldn't expect this from a multimillion operation. I never received my order and have sent them several emails to which they don't bother to respond. I spoke to them on the phone 3 times and clearly they are not interested to find a solution not to mention the low motivation to listen to me. I am not confident I will either get the products which I had purchased as Christmas presents in mid December or that I will get a refund. Appalling service and treatment of customers, service is below any expectation.

Refunds process is awful. They had a promotion on the website before Xmas for a % off a shirt.
Now when I return the item they have only part refunded and will be giving me the rest "soon in a voucher" as I used "a voucher"

I would recommend this event I’m not one for heights but I made it to the top and felt very safe guide and all the staff very friendly and knowledgeable well worth it.

The quality of the products is low. There is really poor customer service, no each way to contact them. Got my order wrong. Very expensive and I wont be continuing my support for a club that treats me like crap. They are short sighted money grabbers with terrible service and products.

Online store had a fault in October when I ordered some items which meant I was doubled charged for my order. Customer service told me to email them so I did, 2 months, 6 emails and 2 calls later and still no contact regarding this while they've still got my money. I have called and emailed repeatedly but clearly they don't care if they steal from their customers. Do not use, useless thieves.

Ordered a shirt for a Christmas present for my daughter, sizes are very small so ordered a bigger size and returned the original one (Maddison 10) her name is Maddison !! Only to have the original one returned and being told I can’t have a refund because its personalised, surely as Maddison is a current player this shirt is standard and off the shelf and can easily be resold as this shirt sells thousands monthly!!! I feel completely robbed by a club my family have supported our whole lives, yet again another example of greed by our football clubs, this was no cheap at £95 at a time when families are struggling…. Shame on you!!!!

After managing to find a contact number I spoke to customer services. In fairness to Them, their support was first class and super efficient. A refund for the customs charges i paid was issued within 24 hours.
Not the most efficient service for international shipping, But ultimately fair. Hence my below rant and rating Are updated.

Spurs shop purchase. International customer in EU : Danmark.
Every other Company i have dealt with from UK sorts all customs and excuse issues.
Spurs say nothing on their website to suggest they’d be different.
Just Got a Bill for 70gbp on a spursshop purchase of 120gbp from the customs clearance.
I can’t return the goods as Spurs Will charge me shipping.
Why can’t THFC be a professional set up like so many other smaller UK businesses.
I’m really frustrated by the unprofessionalism and lack of thought for their huge international fanbase.

My son got an official Spurs shirt for his birthday and the AIA letters started peeling before it was even washed. The quality for something that costs so much is disgusting. Football shirts are a rip-off already, you should at least get something usable for your money.

I ordered the 2nd away kit after waiting months for it to be In stock. I ordered a 12-18 month kit with a custom name, number and badges on it. It arrived all done but was in the wrong size it was 3-6 months. I contacted customer services by phone and email which was no help and would only offer a refund but I wanted the kit. After telling them I waited months for the kit to come into stock and was worried it would go out of stock. So only being able to get a refund I had to post the kit back and wait for a refund to then reorder again by the time I received the refund the kit is now out of stock again. So I can no longer buy my son the kit and will probably be out of stock for months. They made the mistake and made no effort to resolve the issue and let it become my problem. I'm a lifetime fan of the club and I'm left very unhappy.

Had a great day out at thfc stadium. Done the stadium tour which was amazing and learning how the pitch disappears under the stands. Went up to the top to see cockerel,which if you not used to steep walks is hard but worth it. Walk out to the cockerel which is 50m above pitch, the only thing which may apply to mother who not good with heights is maybe they could put another fence on the other side of the walk to re assure people so you can then look down,this would make some of us feel safer but still a great experience. Over all the day is worth the money ,Thanks Tottenham for a great day
