Don't bother going to the CFC website to buy official merch. I ordered a football shirt early December and after waiting for nothing to happen they randomly cancelled the order. Absolutely worthless and waste of my time and money.

I have been buying memberships for 13 years. Since the new owner bought Chelsea, everything has gone bad and is worthless. The owner is a partner in ticket sales sites (they sell them at double and triple the price). He doesn't care how the team is doing (unlike the previous owner), he buys "big" stars who are useless. Shame on you for being a Chelsea fan. But he doesn't care, he's looking for profit, the fans don't care. Under the "new" system it's almost impossible to buy a ticket, well there are no tickets, they are sold on other sites at double and triple the price, it's not worth buying a membership, it's a mockery of the fans. ONLY ABRAMOVICH, with him there was everything, tickets, cups and gifts for children and fans.

DON'T BUY A CHELSEA MEMBERSHIP.
It is still impossible to get tickets. You can queue for hours when tickets go on sale, and they are ALWAYS sold out. The money you spend on a membership is a donation, and it's not to charity!!!
Not to mention the fact that they don't care. It's a scam I tell you.
CFC Ticketportal Probleme
Seit der Umstellung auf Ticketmaster Sport UK unglaublich schlecht. Supportanfragen werden seit Tagen mit den gleichen Gegenfragen oder Hinweisen beantwortet. Mittlerweile habe ich ein Video gemacht und dem Support zugesendet, befürchte jedoch das ich wieder automatisiert allgemeine Hinweise erhalte.
In Summe werde ich nun noch einige Tage versuchen meinen Zugang wieder zum laufen zu bekommen. Wenn CFC und/oder Ticketmaster weiterhin überfordert mit dem Problem sind, werde ich eine Rückerstattung beantragen. Keine Leistung --> kein Geld

Having supported Chelsea for over 50 years and lucky enough to enjoy hospitality on numerous occasions the first game of the season was an exciting prospect with the presence of the Club World Cup in the museum. I have bought numerous museum match day tickets over the years. You get to the ground 5 hours before kick off, have light snacks for breakfast, then a stadium tour, followed by drinks and lunch. To top it off you meet past players and get a gift from the club. All as per advertised. What could possibly go wrong….. no breakfast snacks even though the staff thought there would be the catering had been changed and it was clearly going to be a day of cutting corners. It got worse. The stadium tour was delayed as security passes were not correctly issued for the guides. The tour was nothing like previous tours. We then waited 2 hours for food and to add insult to injury Chelsea decided not to give out gifts. Not feeling loved by the team I have loved for so long the team clearly played to the same standards and the day was a drag with a nil nil draw. Wake up Chelsea. You are better than this. We met 2 visitors from the USA and they had spent a lot of money and were very confused by how poor the experience was. I have complained to the company who arranged the hospitality as it looks bad on them and they are trying to get a response from Chelsea but clearly they do not care :(. I’m saddened to have to write this review but I do not want others to be let down by the club I want the club to be professional and look after its supporters.

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. The club has switched from physical tickets to digital tickets. THE APP IS VERY COMPLICATED TO USE FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON. It has been a week's worth of complete hassle and stress. THERE IS NO PHONE LINE THAT ANSWERS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. What way is this to run a business????????? GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. YOU NEED TO HAVE WORKING PHONE LINES FOR PEOPLE TO CALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORANT.

The Stadium tour was very comprehensive. I went with my 7 year old son. The main downsides of the tour were:
1. The tour guide (Billy) talking way to fast.
2. Having to pay for a photo with the trophies after paying £35 for adult and £25 for child tickets

I am writing this review today to share Feedback Regarding Disappointing Experience During a Match
I am writing this review today to share my negative experience during the Chelsea Women vs Barcelona Women match on Sunday 27th April 2025. I encountered a situation that left me feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Ten minutes into the match I was approached by a steward who questioned whether my seat was indeed mine. I confirmed it was, and I showed proof that I paid for my ticket and seat number. Despite this, he insisted that three other individuals wanted to sit together in my assigned seat. When I expressed my discomfort, stating that it didn’t seem fair given this was my seat and I’d paid for it, they still took my place, with no resolution. As a fan who supports Chelsea FC wholeheartedly, being treated in this manner, tainted what should have been an enjoyable experience. Additionally, as I was the only British individual present in that situation, it made me feel singled out. I believe sharing this review will help others speak out if they ever experience anything similar.

Don't get a Chelsea membership.the owner has shares in an overseas ticket selling site. There's no chance of getting a ticket if you just become a member. I've been on all season for me and my son and nothing. Just the waiting page and then sold out. Ridiculous. Staff are no help what's so ever.

They will not bei getting my money next season.
CFC membership just not worth it
Can only echo what other reviewers have put about never getting a ticket. We buy membership for whole family each year and rarely get tickets. Ticketing portal is rubbish. If you get through the waiting room to the portal and select your ticket preferences, it just hangs and then offers you the Millennium Suites at £1000 a ticket. Rubbish. Even Carabao Cup/FA Cup tickets are getting more and more difficult to get. Then you need loyalty points but how can you accumulate those when you can't get tickets? So disappointed. Won't be buying membership next year.
