My son and I decided to do the Sky Darewalk at the Stadium. We were met by GEMINI who put everyone at ease, made a few jokes and enjoyed it when we said we were the only non Spurs fans in the group. My son thought he was great and friendly too. We were all geared up with harness and safety cable then ready to go. My son volunteered to go first...he's only 9 and Gemini made sure we were all secure as we started our climb to the roof. When we got there the views of London were amazing. We definitely picked the right day for weather as you can see all the famous landmarks around the city. Walking around the apex and stopping for photos at the golden Cockerell as we looked down onto the pitch was fantastic. We had time for other pics and Gemini explained landmarks, a bit of history and answered questions we had. An excellent tour guide. We then descended and made our way to the stadium tour. A first class stadium and excellent facilities. Would highly recommend anyone to do both of these experiences. Many thanks Gemini from Nathan and Harley, your Liverpool supporters 👍🏻

I purchased a drill top from the club shop at the AC Milan game and unfortantly it was to small, have tried to return it unused in the origanal bag they sold it to me it but without the tags and the club won't offer a refund. Just sent a email with their returns terms and conditions. Makes me feel they just want to keep my money at any cost!!! Has taken the edge of what was a great day out other than the result and rubbish performance as the staff on the day were excellent.
Not good customer service. Time for a trophy not just profit!!

Long complaint but basics are. We arrived over one and half hours early to settle in as my granddaughter age 14 has ADHD and my grandson age 12 has asthma.
Got to gate 18 but the bag i was holding (with asthma medication and a drink for the granddaughter in case she got stressed) was too big. The fact that we showed the meds and the ADHD badge meant nothing they couldn't help us we were sent right round the other side of the stadium a very long walk. We got to the baggage department where there was a queue with everyone having the same problem regarding medication. The lady was really nice but was finding it difficult. She couldn't help so we were advised to go to the ticket department which we did. Another long walk and after waiting there for over 30 mins while they tried to contact someone with more authority we were told could take at least another half an hour and so off we went back to baggage office and handed in the bag with a charge of £10 for an empty bag as we had to try fit the medication in our pockets, we also had a bottle of water but had to dump that at the gate as that was not allowed in either. We were not able to get a drink in the stadium as the game had already started and we had missed the first try. By this time what should have been a fabulous afternoon with my grandchildren turned into a nightmare. The granddaughter was stressed trying to get thru the crowds and the grandson needed his pump and a drink after all the walking. Queues were so long for the drinks I couldn't even attempt to get one. Am sure these rules are all for a good reason but I see nothing on the tickets regarding not being able to take a bag with medication and if there is it should be made much clearer cos the queues for the same problem was a joke. It was just all very badly organised and not to be able to get hold of anyone to make a decision and over ride not so black and white rules was unbelievable. I actually took them for a tour of the grounds a few week's ago And they loved it. But this even was spoilt by ot having anyone of authority available when needed.

I went to the Sarries vs harlequins rugby… absolute shambles. Spent over 55mins queuing for beers. All well and good you have a tap that fills beers from bottom of the glass.. not so good if you run out of the glasses that work with that tap. Absolute shambles. Horrendously organised. Will not be going back to this stadium and complete waste of money. I reckon i deserve a refund given i missed nigh on 30mins of 80mins match queuing for beers. Will not have been the only one….

We went on a Martin Chivers Legends Tour today which was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind to us, welcoming and considerate. Our guide Keith is extremely knowledgeable. We did not feel hurried at all in this stunning stadium. My brother was in a wheelchair and Keith’s colleague(I’m sorry but his name eludes me) was tremendously thoughtful when taking us up and down in the lifts and telling us more stories on the way. Mr Chivers really is a legend, he was generous listening to us his fans telling our memories of glory days and he was full of wonderful football tales for the whole group. We had time for unofficial photos as well as official photos with him. What a truly special day. Thank you Spurs.

Did the tour and skywalk! Best day of my life! I’m not even a spurs fan and it was amazing! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend this tour! The skywalk on top of the stadium was breathtaking and there were so many fun activities! I could go millions of times and not get bored! It’s a one in a lifetime opportunity and you should definitely go!

Attended a football match, Half hearted security searches. Leaky glasses of beer and sarcastic security staff. I expected better from Spurs. Pity as the stadium tour I did last year was excellent. Poor staff let down a great club.

#dareskywalk tour guide her name is Jamie absolutely ruined my children's and partner experience, her sergeant major attitude would be better suited as a prison officer!! Shame she ruined the experience as apart from that I think they would have enjoyed it...

Staff very nice good seats but we try to get a cup of tea at the tyson furry fight gave up after 45mins lots of people saying the same problem missing the show waiting for a soft drink.For a new ground thought these problems would be delt with.

Did a stadium tour today. Amazing stadium. Saw everything including both dressing rooms & also went pitch side.
What fascinated me the most was the photographs along each corridor. Many of which went back to the war years.
The staff were also very helpful. All in all money well spent!

Scam at Tottenham!!! Never got to see the rugby match I went to see….
After getting through to security I was directed to a table to search my bag. But the a rude security staff member shouted to the guy going through my bag, that’s to big he has to go to baggage store.
I then left my group and wandered down to a a long queue with lots of people looking confused.. after I waited 30 minutes which meant I was 20 minutes into the match, we found out it would cost us £10 to store the rucksack I had and everyone else would have to pay. Rip off. Tottenham should never be allowed to have another Rugby ever again… what a rubbish place

Stadium Tour
Well organised and brilliant stadium tour!

Purchased the 2022/2023 3rd kit .. was an absolute joke. the person who dealt with the order just threw the jersey into some open plastic bag causing it to grease up.. you can tell no care was taken with it whatsoever.

the material of this kit is nothing but cheap rubbish. it’s equivalent to a shower curtain. when i put the jersey on it just hangs loose and isn’t a good fit at all.

$150 AUD (i’m from australia) for this rubbish. i’m currently in emails with the shop but i keep being told “it’s personalised, we can do nothing about it” so i feel like i’m not going anywhere with this atm. a club full of millionaires yet they can’t produce decent quality for a jersey. what an absolute joke.

Visited stadium for the NFL game 02nd October.
Couldn't access the store, no bags allowed. Bar ran out of beer and no food available and due to my diabetes I needed food for injections due to the length of the day. May not go back for another game again due to the problems i had.

They may have the newest ground in the Premier League but I had much better experiences at non-league football stadiums. I had a Club Hospitality package which was nothing but a farce. From start to finish the customer service was abysmal, everything about it was a sham. I feel sorry for Tottenham season ticket holders. I have tried to speak to someone on the phone about this and had no response and not spoken to anyone. Only positive was the six goals.

Bad club no help on the website for my son to not buy a shirt.No respec and no achievements in the clubs history quite pathetic to be honest.I will now only visit the best club in London,Arsenals website.

We went for my birthday to the #Dareskywalk and had a fab time, my partner has bad nerves and so does my daughter, we had a trainer called Jason he was very funny and friendly, he noticed my daughters anxiety and looked after her very well, calm and helpful and made our trip to the golden cockerel very enjoyable indeed, (apart from the few who clung to the wall lol 😂😂) such an amazing morning

Awesome stadium but dreadful service when trying to buy a drink. Away fan facilities are cramped, badly laid out and the staff serving are not trained.
Even ran out of water.
