Top Battery 

This company trade as a uk company but just realized that they aren't I've been informed that I cannot return the goods as the address is only a warehouse and lithium batteries cannot be posted and the couriers I've contacted refuse to carry batteries also. How the hell am I supposed to return this item. Just noticed that in the small print that you have to prove that the battery is faulty before they will pay for returns. It costs a lot to get someone to do that. I'm not going to give up on this.

Ordered a £37.99 battery + £3.99 delivery. Received no confirmation emails from them (silence after sending the money). 6 days later an Amazon box arrives at my door with the battery - battery costs £22 on Amazon. The happily took my £42 and ordered me a £22 battery from Amazon pocketing the extra £20. Could have bought it myself from Amazon but chose to use what I read to be a small UK business (they are not) who were sending me a better quality battery. Avoid.

Unfortunately I had to press 1 star in order to give this review I urge everyone not to buy anything from this company.i ordered a battery ,paid for it and never received it ,no comformatian of order nothing .They have not replied to any of my emails yet they took my money.I should have checked on this site for reviews stupid me so I have now lost £45 They should be made to stop trading on here as they are conning people out of their money so that is as good as theft They must be making a fortune One very angry lady.SO BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY she

I forgot to look at trust pilot. Silly me. Everyone says the same thing and my story is no different. I bought a battery for nikon camera only to find that the camera detects that it is not genuine and refuses to use it. Clever camera.

DO NOT purchase a Sony battery from this website. Only lasts for minutes even after being charged for 12 hours. Sent numerous emails to this scam company but no reply. Once they have your money they then ignore you.

Wont do it again! Product hasn't arrived after 6 weeks: no reply to emails.

This company tries to claim it's in the UK, it has a shipping agent in the UK but is based in China. The products are fake, cheap and probably very dangerous. They don't reply to emails and Paypal were hopeless as they wanted me to ship it back to China before processing a refund, this would have cost far more than the battery so despite paying with Paypal thinking I was protected I lost all of my money. This site trades under numerous different web sites. This site needs to be reported as its a total scam. on the plus side a have found an excellent supplier of quality batteries

Brought a apple mag plug took money from my account next day, still waiting to receive item, have sent 8 emails no response, beware this is not a UK based company there is no telephone number and customer service is always off line, this company is a joke would never recommend, feel completely ripped off. Don't be fooled by UK bit or royal mail signs etc.

The picture advertised shows an original Dewalt replacement and the battery that was delivered wasn't! It took around 3 weeks to arrive, as the company is based in China. Now I haven't got a problem with that, but have got a problem with not original replacements. The battery does work, although it doesn't fit the Dewalt tools as well as the original. I just use it for a Dewalt light I have with that type of fitting, as I'm concerned the battery may catch fire, as I have read these type can, that are imported from China. So although it did arrive, can't recommend this company, as they are selling not original Dewalt parts.

The replacement battery was the wrong type. Unable to find any contact telephone or address. They do not reply to e-mails. Au-battery-store.com is also part of the same company. Do not waste your money or time on this scam company. Learnt a valuable lesson- make sure there is a valid means of contact when buying on the internet. There should be a zero rating for this company.

cant find a phone number either ordered a laptop battery nearly a month ago not received it but got text from royal mail ,yodel to say my parcel had been delivered no sign evidently the tracking number is to the wrong parcel and mobile anyone know the phone number

Dont normally write reviews however after reading all the negative reviews on this site after my purchase I started to panick naturally. So thought I'd give an honest on my own experience. Ordered the laptop Adapter via the site and it arrived after a week of purchase nicely packaged and delivered via Royal Mail within the time frame stated works perfectly with my laptop and I've also saved £50 if I had bought from the high street. Good company will definitely buy again!

Bought laptop battery from these ,USELESS , even when it says fully charged ,shuts down after 5mins .

I have emailed this company several times to ask a simple question but they do not reply. I will not buy from them as I do not trust them , especially after reading other reviews. Dreadful Customer Service.

I have to give one star as zero isn't an option. The replacement laptop battery failed totally after just over 6 months.

Initial attempts to contact them by email eventually resulted in a response asking for the Transaction ID (provided in the email). Since then they have failed to respond at all.

They purport to be UK based but are actually Chinese. The warranty they offer of 3 years is completely worthless.

You will see a number of 5 star reviews but they all sound suspiciously similar. Avoid this company like the plague. Don't waste your money.

Unlike many of the reviews here, we have had an excellent experience. Placed order on a Sunday evening received goods on the Wednesday by 5pm.

My only critism was too find out that the company is not based in the uk. the way the web site is set up it is misleading.

Laptop battery is as good as useless after 6 weeks use (it was never great). A total waste of money. No chance of getting my money back from this Chinese company posing as a UK one. Avoid at all costs!

Very different experience to the other reviewers. I ordered the wrong laptop battery, and found they did not have the correct one in their stock so I contacted Top Battery and heard back the very same day and they were very helpful. When I told them I could not return the battery for the refund due to Royal mail restrictions, they replied with a list of couriers I was welcome to try. I have now sent the item back and look forward to receiving my refund, but would have no problems using them again.
