I love the quality. It really made my bathroom look good.

Item came damaged. And customer service is not getting back to my attempts to get this solved.

I made an order September 19 and here it is October 11 and I have not received even a tracking number

Seems like whatever issues they had shipping to the US has been resolved because I placed my order for my toilet seat Monday September 29th and got my package the following Monday October 6th so it only took a week, I live in Cleveland btw. The Quality is stellar. Everything about it is exactly what I’d hoped for. Installment without the video would’ve been very difficult for me but WITH the video it was a breeze took me 20mins taking my time.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Qualität der Absenkautomatik, so schön die Produkte auch sind, einfach nur unzuverlässiger Müll ist. Nachdem ich einmal einen Ersatz auf Garantie erhielt, der auch nicht lange funktionierte, war es ein wochenlanges Hin und Her mit wirklich lächerlichen Inhalten wie „Wir müssen die Geschäftsleitung fragen und könnten Ihnen einen Rabatt von 2 € anbieten”, für einen Rabatt den ich gar nicht wollte. Ich wollte nur schnell eine neue Absenkautomatik. Nun habe ich eine Absenkautomatik gekauft und sie ist nach ein paar Monaten schon wieder defekt. Da funktioniert jeder 30-Euro-Toilettendeckel aus dem Baumarkt besser, was ein ebensolcher auf der zweiten Toilette jeden Tag beweist.

J'ai passé commande il y à plusieurs mois (deux abattants et deux brosses) une commande à quelque chose comme 300 euros.

Bon, passez votre chemin direct. Ne vous faites pas avoir.

La qualité, au delà du design des produits, n'existe pas. Les abattants ne se rabattent pas ils retombent, les acroches au wc ne tiennent rien, résultats et le battant fait sa vie et les balais wc rouillent et ce dévissent quand tu les utilisent, vous avez une chance sur cinq d'aller le récupérer au fond des toilettes à la main.

Un abattant chez LIDL fait mieux le travail que vos produits tout pourri.

J’ai acheté un abattant WC avec un réducteur enfant, mais le réducteur n’était absolument pas compatible avec l’abattant adulte. J’ai dû multiplier les relances pour que le vendeur accepte enfin de prendre en charge le retour à ses frais. Plus d’1 mois et demi après avoir renvoyé l’article, je n’ai toujours aucun remboursement et, depuis, plus aucune réponse de leur part. C’est inadmissible ! Fuyez ce vendeur !

Meine eingetroffenen Artikel sind teilweise defekt und ich versuche seit 3 Wochen den Kundenservice zu erreichen - jedoch keine Reaktion. Einfach nur ärgerlich bei dem doch sehr hohen Preis

J'ai acheté deux abattants WC et l'un des deux a le système de fermeture qui est défaillant. Tohaa ne répond pas aux messages ni sur son site ni par mail.
Je regrette vraiment cet achat.

The visual designs are delightful. Yes, they're weird and off-putting in some ways. They're ugly-beautiful. But a delight to see in your home, in any case (at least, for me). What lets the company down is everything else. I've ordered two toilet seats. The first one took well over a month to arrive, during which I had zero visibility into what was going on, and why things were taking so long. They had already taken my money. I sent messages to the company every couple of days (even wondering whether it was a scam company), and I was ignored for nearly all of them. Eventually they told me they'd be shipping the following week. They didn't. The saga continued. That was a pretty painful experience. Eventually it arrived.

Next, installation. I'm sure there's something frightfully clever about the way these toilet seats install, but if there is then I can't see it. Every other toilet seat on the face of the planet installs incredibly easily and intuitively. These? Not so much. The instructions they send are inscrutable. To understand what to do, you really have to watch the video. And even then it's pretty hard work, and time consuming, to get them installed correctly. No idea why they have to do it that way.

Now on to my second order. This time it shipped quickly, but they didn't give me a tracking number (even though there's a column for that in the order details). They estimate 4-6 days to deliver from the ship date. I waited 10 days and asked them why they don't provide a tracking number when they have a column for it. Instead of answering me, they sent me my tracking number. Ok, I guess that's an answer of a sort. From that, and the photo there, I could see that the item had been delivered four days earlier to some mystery place. So, in other words, lost.

So, nope. On balance, this company is a big nope. I'll never deal with them again.

I placed an order June 3rd, 2025. Today Is July 15th, 2025. I've heard nothing except generic messages about tariff delays with no timeframe to ship. Unlike some of the other people in these reviews, I will pay the tariff! Please ship my item!

I placed 2 orders 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my packages. There website claims shipped within 2 business days and received within 6 days. Obviously this is not the case since I’m here waiting on day 15. I’m waiting on an update but have yet to receive a response. Disappointed to say the least. Update. My smaller $115 order is apparently being shipped, but my other order is a different story. It has now been 3 weeks and I no longer am receiving a response to my numerous requests for an update on my 1st order of $192.80 that I placed. My order is no longer found as being placed on their website. I have the receipt and invoice saved on my phone so unfortunately I had to put in a credit card dispute to hopefully resolve this issue. I would love to have a cool toilet seat in my new house but apparently this company is a scam. Or they just hate Americans. I didn’t vote for the orange moron so don’t take it out on me. Save your money and time and shop around elsewhere. Update July25th. My 2nd order placed was received yesterday. Finally. Now my original order has still not shipped and has not passed the ridiculous processing process. I was contacted last sunday and was assured my order was at the Michigan facility and would be processed monday. I gave it a few days and have been emailing daily for an update but have yet to receive a response. I don’t understand why it can’t be placed in a box, labeled, and shipped out. What is being processed that takes this long? Absolutely ridiculous. I just want what I paid for. I already have stuff to go with this merchandise for my bathroom so receiving a refund isn’t what I want.

Erreur dans le traitement de ma commande, 2 fois la meme référence de pieces détachées alors que la commande portait sur 2 références différentes. Information au support toujours sans aucun retour 2 semaines après !

Non j'ai écrit au bon mail et j'ai reçu un retour du support que ma demande etait recue avec numero 43202...
Donc votre réponse ne change rien sur votre gestion du SAV, excepté que vous êtes plus prompte a répondre aux avis négatifs qu'au problème remonté...

I usually prefer to highlight the positives in my reviews, and I’m happy to say that TohaaDesign has ultimately given me a reason to do just that.

Initially, I encountered several issues: after placing my order, I realized I had made a mistake in the quantity and tried to correct it immediately. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response in time, and the order had already been shipped. On top of that, two items arrived damaged, and I had difficulty getting in touch with support due to the limited contact options.

However, I’m genuinely pleased to say that TohaaDesign turned things around. Although the start was frustrating, their customer service team eventually responded with understanding and professionalism. They offered a proper solution for the damaged items and ensured that everything was handled smoothly and fairly.

In the end, I feel well taken care of—and that really matters. It’s easy to provide great service when everything goes right, but it’s how a company handles setbacks that truly defines them. TohaaDesign showed that they are willing to take responsibility and make things right, and for that I’m grateful.

I received my beautiful toilet seat in March. I screwed up and lost the little screw. I ordered a new one. I paid for it. It was supposed to be sent out on May 18.
I’ve sent so many emails. Before I ordered it you people told me you were out of stock and didn’t know when you’d have it back. Then when they came back in stock I promptly ordered. Now I get some bullshit saying that it’s scheduled to be sent the end of June. Truthfully I’m terribly disappointed in you and very disgusted.
I’m sure I will never get my hinge that I paid for and I will never get to install my new toilet seat.

Arrived w/ postage due of 230 dollars after paying for the product and the shipping on the site. Was told to refuse, another would be sent, and I never heard back on the tracking or if/when the original product would be delivered. Unless you are local, would not order from! Currently waiting to see if PayPal refunds me from this order.
