Still haven’t gotten product and it’s been over a month!
Finally got it End of November and I absolutely love it…they just need to tell you up front that these new tariffs are causing delays in shipping

I had some mistakes happening with my order and it couldn’t get delivered as canada post is on strike they gave me back my money and offered a discount for an upcoming purchase which i was happy about it

There were quit to respond to my emails,unfortunately I did not in the end purchase there product due to goverment terrifs and them shipping from Canada, although there products were beautiful and very unique....thank you

I cannot even give you one star since I never heard from your company with shipping or tracking just a debit to my account.
I never received my toilet seat Vanity Fair. My account was charged immediately. What kind of business is this? I will never shop from them again. My order was supposed to ship in six days and arrive by October 31, Then Nov 6 and now silences. I am sure I will never get it.

It’s been a month and I still don’t have my order. Shipping info says label has been created and awaiting shipment for nearly 3 weeks. Customer service told me it’s a bug for US orders. I’ve since asked to cancel, but have not gotten a response. I’m out the $115 with no product to show for it.

I had an easy time installing this seat once I watched the video, the bolts are innovative and still easy to use. The artwork is exceptional, and Mr. Dyer has created a legacy that will outlast all those who enjoy it today. Peerless, IMHO.

I am proud to add this to the antique commode that came with this 100 year old house. I just wish I could upload a photo, it matches the color quite nicely.

Bonjour, j’ai signalé à l’entreprise toohadesign qu’un frein de chute d’un abattant de wc ne fonctionnait plus et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de réponse à mon problème.

I made an order a week ago where as I was told that I would receive it in 3 to 6 business days.
My account shows that they took payment immediately but to date there is no tracking information available.
I have reached out to them via email more than once and always get a reply that they will be in touch as soon as possible but they do not.
I contacted my bank to deal with this since this company is apparently ignoring me.
I would definitely avoid doing business with this company.

I can’t review a product I haven’t received! Your website says you ship quickly, but you have yet to ship it. You also didn’t tell me there was a delay until I contacted your company and asked where my order was. Your lack of communication is inexcusable.

The toilet seat is extremely beautiful and was the perfect touch to upgrade my guest bathroom. Customer service was extremely helpful and sent me a video to show me just how simple installation was.(I am not very mechanical and had a moment of worry that it would not fit, but they kindly instructed me)

Product is great, customer service needs to be totally revamped. If you have any problems, issues, etc. then you will experience some of the worst customer service reps imaginable. I don’t believe it’s a language barrier, even though I’m sure there’s a lot of French being spoken, but they definitely do not read emails thoroughly. And when they do, it’s already been weeks since you, the customer, reported it. Good luck everyone.
