Bad experience!!! UPS asked me for almost $275 to get my package, and I did refused to take the package, so UPS was going to sent it back. I was supposed to received a new order, and nothing. I requested a refund and nothing either. Bad communication and service

We would like to clarify that there are no additional fees when placing an order through our website. As previously explained, your package was shipped from our Canadian warehouse and was therefore subject to the new import taxes between Canada and the United States.
As soon as we were made aware of this, we promptly sent you an email requesting that you refuse the delivery so we could reship your order from our U.S. warehouse. Please note that your order has now been fully refunded.

Seat didn’t fit my toilet after sending…
Seat didn’t fit my toilet after sending a picture to the company prior to ordering. They reassured me it would fit. Now they won’t accept a return or refund my money. Stay away from this company.

Dear,
As mentioned by our customer support team, you selected the wrong shape when placing your order. Your toilet bowl is elongated, but you ordered the round version.
The issue is not the ordering mistake itself, but rather the fact that you unpacked the toilet seat and attempted to install it. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been removed from their packaging and placed — even briefly — on a toilet bowl. This is strictly not possible with this type of product.
Please note that our website provides detailed information to help customers choose the correct shape. Additionally, it is quite easy to notice the mistake upon receiving the product, even without opening the packaging — the round seat is shorter, while the elongated one is longer and oval-shaped.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and encourage you to contact our customer support team so we can try to find a solution.

We sent you an email on May 11th to inform you about this issue, as your package was shipped from our Canadian warehouse and was therefore subject to the new customs duties between Canada and the United States.
In that message, we asked whether you would prefer that we re-ship your order from our U.S. warehouse — of course, at no additional cost to you.
Please note that all prices on our website are tax-inclusive. This is an error, and you should not be required to pay any additional amount upon delivery.

Really a good quality product
Really a good quality product: hard material, sturdy. Installation was easy even parts differed a bit from available videos. One thing I like specially is that it is easy to detach and that facilitates cleaning.

Disappointed but it's beautiful
I love the look and quality of the toilet seat however the elongated seat is shorter than my actual toilet. I'm so disappointed that I will not be able to use it.

They sent a dented item and after an email they never sent a replacement. I spent nearly 200 dollars and this gift is ruined. I am so pissed off at this trash company. Thieves!
