Soooo cool. Looks amazing, easy install and so cool

PARFAIT ! J’ai très longtemps cherché un abattant wc original, élégant et solide. Le design Christian Lacroix est splendide. La pose est facile (se fixe par le dessus et non dessous comme beaucoup d’autres, cela faisait parti des critèresde choix), le frein de chute fonctionne très bien, descente en douceur et silencieux. J’ai bien compris qu’il ne fallait pas prendre des produits acides pour le nettoyage, un désinfectant type Sanytol fera l'affaire.
Je ne peux mettre de photo sur cet avis, ce n’est pas proposé. Je recommande absolument. Je pense en acheter d’autres. C’est un cadeau original.

I am obsessed with these toilet seats!! They are so cool looking and they won't slam shut. I would absolutely purchase again. With that said, these toilet seats are insanely complicated to install despite saying otherwise on their website. Even with the videos and the instructions in the package received, it took us forever to get it figured out. And we are not exactly new to the world of tools and Home Improvement projects. Also I was sent a round seat instead of an elongated seat but they did allow me to swap them out.

Edited to add: Yes, we watched the correct video. The fact remains, it is not as straightforward as "insert screw and tighten." Not even close.

Colors were dull and different and not accurately represented/photographed on the website, so the item was very disappointing. Customer service was quick and helpful about a return, but to pay so much on return shipping doesn't feel good when I wouldn't have purchased the item if it has been shown as it truly is.

LOVE THE PRODUCT! SKWAK's artwork, with its vibrant colors outlined in black, breathes new life into my bathroom, which has been renovated with three shades of gray, glass, and chrome. The toilet seat itself is well made.

These two seats are as awesome in real as they look on line. A great talking point for everyone. One of the funnest purchases I have made in a long time.

It took a little under 4 weeks to receive the toilet seats but they are beautiful. Had a little trouble installing the first one but customer service was very helpful and the YouTube videos helped....easy installation of the second one. I love how the seat and lid slowly release and don't slam down and the colors are awesome!

It took a while to get to the US so I blame trump.. good company they did follow through, Please remove my one star review.. my bad I thought it wasn’t coming, again all Trumps fault smh…

Very nice product. Sad that there was no indication that it would take 8 weeks to arrive, and website software made it difficult to check on status during the wait. After waiting 6 weeks, I reached out and got a canned response about how imports from Canada were giving them trouble. It would have been much more honorable to freely inform me, rather than only responding after an inquiry.

I absolutely love my new toilet seat! It's beautiful and brightened up the space so much.

Too a little long to receive it, but looks awesome and works perfectly!
