It was really easy to order the items and Tiny Explorers were very helpful when I wanted to add an item. The items arrived on time and were all super clean, so I had no qualms putting my 10 week old granddaughter in them. As we live 500 miles away from our granddaughter, there was point buying the items we ordered and being able to rent them was a very efficient way of us having the items she needed whilst staying with us for a week. Returning the items was simple too - just put them back in the boxes they arrived in and take them to your nearest drop shop. Thank you Tiny Explorers.

Excellent double pram for my 3year and 1year old. Big enough for the 3year old to nap comfortably, fantastic sunshade. The pram was like new and cleaned to a high standard.

I ordered a Joolz Aer 2 nest for a trip to Mallorca with a 12 week old baby. I knew we didn’t want to take our big buggy but didn’t want to buy a new travel buggy just yet as most face forward which isn’t suitable for a 12 week old, except for the joolz nest but likewise we knew wouldn’t need the nest for much longer. Renting the buggy has been such a great option for us for our week away as this particular time in our newborn phase. Tiny explorers made the whole process so simple, literally a few clicks later and the buggy was reserved/booked, it arrived ahead of schedule, very promptly and the buggy was brand new, unused, unopened in all the original packaging. The team were on hand via WhatsApp day and night answering questions or keeping me in the loop on my delivery or navigating any worries I had (cream interior buggy and a holiday made me worry) but they were so reassuring that all buggies are deep cleaned after each rental. Tiny explorers provide a very high end service for a very affordable price with reputable brands , I will be using their service time and time again x

I love Tiny Explorers. The ethos, selection, customer service is excellent the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the delivery/ collection as I always seem to have issues with the parcels being collected and returned but besides that the quality of the products and responsiveness of customer service means I will definitely continue to use them! Highly recommend

So easy from start to finish. I hired the YoYo newborn nest pack and accessories, I only ordered 2 days before I was due to go and it arrived in time. Everything was clean and well packaged and the return process was so easy too. We have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so. 10/10 a brilliant concept and will absolutely use again.

Tiny Explorers saved my holiday! Excellent range of equipment to rent at a reasonable price. I found everything I needed to go abroad with my 5 month old twins. The delivery and return processes were quick and easy as well - much appreciated by a knackered mum of 3!

I hired a Joolz travel pushchair for our holiday to Greece with our 9 month old. The whole delivery and returns process was super easy. We LOVED the pushchair, it folded up so small which really helped it fit alongside all our bags and travel cot in the hire car.

Thanks to this hiring service, I was able to hire a hoppie hammock for a few days to visit Disneyland with my 1 and 3 year old. Easy return instructions too.

Helped out at the very last minute after a double buggy rental from another company fell through. Quick communication, easy collection, high quality item in good condition - all very straightforward and the buggy itself was an absolute lifesaver at Disneyland. A fantastic service, will use again!

Absolutely brilliant, saw you on dragons den before I was a mum and wrote you down to remember! We travelled to Disney Paris with our 20 month old and hired a travel pushchair and a sleep pod as we would be sharing a room and thought she might struggle! Order process is a breeze but it’s also super easy to get in contact if you have any questions. Items came as expected ( I ordered a couple of days before we travelled so I could get familiar) and the returns could not have been more simple. All the things we got came smelling lovely and clean and looked in a really good condition. I think the pricing is fantastic we didn’t have to pay hundreds of thousands for these things to be able to borrow them for 10 days was such a great system. Will recommend to everyone I know and will use again when we go abroad or even staycations here!!
