I've used this company twice. Each time has been easy to order and return the items, along with the products been excellent quality.
Our daughter and granddaughter live in Australia and when they visit, we'll rent a car seat and travel cot. They'll be back in December and ordering from Tiny Explorers will be top of my to do list!

Terrible customer service. WhatsApp messages that were totally unacceptable and unprofessional! I have never experienced customer service as bad in all my life. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Had last minute travel plans with my little one and needed an easier stroller to take with me, ended up renting the Doona without it costing me much and they delivered it earlier than I had booked it for. Return was easy and straightforward as well, Will definitely use this site again.

This is the most amazing service! Great communication from the outset, done through WhatsApp so allowed for quick responses to my various questions. The pram we chose arrived absolutely spotless and the option of the different extras meant we had everything we could possibly need. Returning the items was very straightforward and overall, the most positive experience! Would highly recommend and use again.

Buggy was in amazing condition, still absolutely love this concept and everything is always in pristine condition what every parent wants for their baby! Second time using and will definitely be back.

Very convenient to have baby items accessible in another country. Meant we didn’t have to pack as much. Even the baby bathtub was amazing.

Absolutely outstanding service from Tiny Explorers! We hired a travel pram for our family holiday to Italy, as our Bugaboo is a bit too bulky for travelling, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish.

Ordering was incredibly easy, communication was excellent, and the return process was completely hassle-free. We were also amazed to receive a brand new Joolz Aer2, which was such a lovely surprise and made the experience feel even more special. The quality was fantastic, and having a lightweight travel pram made navigating airports and enjoying our holiday so much easier.

Tiny Explorers have thought of everything and provide such a convenient service for parents. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be using them again for future trips. Thank you for helping make our holiday stress-free!

We rented the Joolz Aer 2 Nest to Seats for our twins. Arrived with plenty of time and perfect for our holiday. Would recommend and 100% use again

Very rude and unhelpful customer service. Avoid using this company if you can, not worth it. After receiving the stroller, realised it was not safe for my baby’s development stage and asked to exchange for another product. We hadn’t used it. Got told ‘no, this is not a try before you buy service’ and ended my chat. Couldn’t continue the conversation.

Edit - I was asked to take the review down or I would be sued for ‘defamation’ just for asking to exchange the product for one more suitable to MY BABIES developmental stage. I would have happily paid for the cleaning of the unused stroller I rented, but that was never offered.

Great experience. We rented a carrier and stroller, both arrived a few days before we had even booked it for which is great!
All communication done via WhatsApp - very easy and convenient.
ID verification was quick. Questions asked were answered quickly, all via same WhatsApp number.
We booked last minute and they posted out next day.
Both items for good quality, no issues. Sent back on time as per instructions, very smooth process.
Would recommend and will be using them again if we need to rent.

Great communication about when the pram would be shipped. Hiring the doona made our holiday so easy as we had the convenience of a pram without having to take our full travel system with us. Would definitely hire from Tiny Explorers again.

I’ve now used Tiny Explorers Rentals twice for their PlanePal kits and, just like my first experience, the whole process was seamless from start to finish.

The website is easy to use, and I was pleased to see they now offer a self-inflating PlanePal pillow, which made setup much easier. The kit arrived well in advance of our flight, giving plenty of time to prepare.

Delivery and collection were both excellent and completely hassle-free. The equipment was clean, well-packaged, and in great condition throughout.

The value for money is outstanding and makes far more sense than purchasing travel equipment that is only used occasionally. For families travelling with young children, Tiny Explorers Rentals provides a convenient, cost-effective, and reliable solution.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely continue to use their services for future trips.

I had such a great experience with Tiny Explorers renting our travel pram! I cannot fault the process and how easy it was and the best thing was that I was easily able to contact someone via WhatsApp for any questions etc. Seamless delivery and return made easy with a QR code so I will definitely be using them again for any baby/child bits I need to rent. Also found it a great way to trial a product before committing to buying it so loved I could do that easily too!

Another fantastic hire! I love tiny explorers & rave about it to everyone. Another easy hire of a travel cot & blow up bed guards. Everything is always clean & fresh. Highly recommend to anyone travelling in or out of the UK.

Very disappointing experience. The communication from this company was poor throughout the process, with slow responses and messages often not being answered in a timely manner.

After we returned the rented item on 10 June, the company contacted us claiming it had not been returned. My husband personally dropped it off at their office on designated return day.

When we explained this and asked them to check with staff and review their CCTV footage, we received no meaningful response or update. Being accused of not returning an item when it was returned caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating and disappointing and would never recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic site to hire our airline essentials without forking out too much. I’m so pleased with the airbeds I got my young toddlers for a 12 hour flight. It was very handy indeed. We used them both on the way to our destination but only one on the flight back home. It was pretty easy to assemble though so bear in mind when pumping onboard it can be a little loud. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. They came very well packaged and instructions on what to do and return. Thank you so much I have recommended tiny explorers to a variety of mums! Defo will be back!
