Great prices, fast postage, fantastic service.
I was looking for various individual YuGiOh cards & after pricing them up on eBay I found the Tier Zero site & the prices were FAR better. I was nervous because I hadn’t heard of Tier Zero before & they didn’t have many reviews but for the price difference I figured I would take a chance.
I placed an order very late Thursday night (the free postage was very appreciated), I got an email 9am Friday morning saying my order had dispatched & the cards all arrived in perfect condition Saturday morning. I was so hugely impressed I had to come and leave this review.
The next time I need cards I will be going to their site first & I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for YuGiOh cards, it was a fantastic experience.

Very poor customer service. Even worse delivery and communication.
Very poor customer service.
Have tried to pre-order cases of structure decks and they always come atleast a week late if not later or not at all.
The guys have poor refund policies that goes against the law and I have even seen some decks in the facebook group come all stuck together and they refused to refund it.
Also they never send emails about dispatch or anything of the sort so you are left to guess in the dark or have to be proactive and ask them for a useless basic reply that does not solve any issues.
100% would recommend you avoid if you can!
Not tierzero trying to gaslight me telling me shipping details would be sent to me and its in my junk or spam as if i havent checked 😂😂😂 literally have to go ask before anything is solved.

Hi Chung,
I’m sorry you feel this way we’ve requested more information regarding this so we can try and make things right for you and we don’t currently have a customer with your name.
However a couple of points I can address that aren’t case specific, decks that have come unstuck is a quality control issue from the manufacturer ( Konami in this case) but we wouldn’t refuse to replace these and definitely haven’t had any requests regarding this. As for dispatch emails I am sorry you haven’t received these but they are sent automatically through our website so these definitely would have gone out and maybe to your junk folder.
As for Pre-Orders arriving on time this is of course location dependant as we are in the U.K. and are not allowed to ship before the day of product release and also the shipment method selected, as with a lot of U.K. businesses right now Royal Mail strikes are having a major impact with items taking completely unpredictable amount of times to arrive with customers.
Great price, quick delivery
Bought a booster box of the latest Pokémon card set - of the various online stores I looked at, Tier Zero were the best, in stock price I could see. Free 24 hour delivery included due to the order amount. Had some great pulls from the few packs I've opened so far. 😁

Tier Zero is top notch!
Tier Zero is excellent! Great customer service and awesome selection of products from singles to sealed and of course the accessories everyone needs for their TCGs. They also ship incredibly fast!
