Always reliable

Having my package delivered with all pieces in quality condition

So I ordered this in December. There was a strike going on so I knew it wouldn't ship till later. However once the strike ended there was still no word. I contacted them and they responded once. Upon reaching out again I got nothing. I emailed them
The guy I contacted said he responded which was a lie. He then said it would be shipped out immediately. It has tracking on it. I havent seen any movement and it still says ready to ship. Awful experience. Edit: tracking has finally shown movement.

Website is simple, easy to use and navigate round. Finding what your looking super easy as well. Absolutely no complaints great site!!

Just a little addition that would useful is like a wishlist or something whenever I've went in added cards to my cart and not purchased them they don't stay in the cart and there's no save for later etc so you got to back and find them all again.

Preordered the cards at a great price and they were shipped extremely fast and packaged very well. Tierzero always has some really good preorder prices snd I will continue to order from them.

Delivery was fast and the item well protected

Received my product in a timely manner.
Realized I forgot to put a discount code.
Asked them and they were willing to help.
Took a bit of time (about the span of 10 days) but eventually everything was good.

Got product in timely matter on other side of the world in good condition.

It is my fastest order yet and it moves even on public holiday. 5*

awesome shop

Being able to sort the cards alphabetically according to thier number in the set was a great thing. The good prices. The excellent free royal mail shipping which was fast and excellent was a great feature. Long time customer and will stay a customer.

Such a great service, polite and understanding people I would buy again from them.

I didn’t receive all my items in my order, i was missing 2 cards, so hopefully they reach back out and resend them back

Always shipping fast and great customer service. I have been buying for a couple of years already and I am very happy with the store. I would love price updates and restocks to happen more often with the actual market trends but overall it has been an excellent experience!
