Inaccurate order
I got sent out a Weiss, Lightsworn archfiend instead of my second Veidos the Eruption Dragon that I ordered. I also got a 4th awakening of Veidos which i didn't order.

Great experience so far as an international buyer
The communication is good, the only "complain" and it's not even a valid one, there can be mistakes in our orders due to the similarity in the names of the cards; when that happens, the customer service is top tier.

Poor service
What went wrong i placed a pre order for a deck core to realise date 4th December so in theory should arrived friday or Saturday 24 hours deilvery.
No instead dispatched wensday wait for 5 days and still hasn't arrived ive been lied to and let down im switching who I trust getting deck cores from

Extremely Poor Communication and Follow-Through
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with TierZero Games has been genuinely frustrating. After placing an order, I encountered repeated issues with shipping, tracking, and communication. Despite being told my order would be reshipped via DHL Express and that a partial refund would be issued to reflect updated card values, I had to chase multiple times for any confirmation or follow-up.
The tracking information was only shared after several emails, and as of writing this, I still haven’t received the promised refund. Every step of this process felt like pulling teeth — I was constantly left in the dark and had to initiate contact just to get basic updates.
I understand things can go wrong, but the lack of transparency and accountability here turned what should have been a simple transaction into a drawn-out ordeal. I won’t be ordering again, and I’d caution others to be wary of the customer service experience.

Very slow and bad customer service
Will not refund when cancelling an order. Customer service is hard to get in touch with, takes multiple emails to get any response. Continuing to hold money for a very long time with terrible excuses. Weeks have gone by and I still have no product and no refund. Can not recommend
