The quality of the hats are very good. The prices are economical. I bought two hats so fat and ordered a Panama.

Excellent choice with some advertisement of discount and simple payment methods.

Hats arrived. Wrong size. Followed size chart. Do not look as shown. Crushed in crushed box. Wrote for refund. They offered me $10 or I could return the hats to China. Do not buy from this site.

The company ended up accepting my counter offer of $30 (they refused $40). My order was $85. So I’m out of pocket $55. Am I happy? No. I will wait to see if they credit me reasonably soon and will report when it took place.

I did not look up the company, my fault, would have made it easy for me to walk away before ordering. Expensive lesson.

The hat arrived in a flimsy box crushed and crumbled. I asked for a replacement, they offered me $10. When I asked for a return and refund they offered me $15 on a hat I paid $55 for. I now have to get the hat reblocked. They sound nice but are very unconcerned.

All transactions goes via PayPal. Its possible one may not have a PayPal account

Scam. Avoid. Faulty goods. Very poor quality. Not as advertised. Told to cover cost of return post to china for return of faulty goods.

My first time ordering. So I don't have a benchmark for a five.

Shipping took longer than I thought, and I wish the hat came in a bigger size than XL. It seems I need an XXL. My other Panama is a 64 and it's too small!

There are too many hats to choose from but I got what I wanted due to the ease in navigating through the website. I just hope the merchandise is as good as it look in the website.

I hope the hats fits me now. I purchased two hats before and they were too big.

Dislike that I had to order a 3rd hat, because I ordered 2 hat's and due to the size of the picture s, I ordered the wrong color and had to order another hat that had 2 different colors wine and violet, which confused me.

Tiendahat.com is a total scam. These 5star reviews from people that have ordered hats and are waiting for them to arrive, are hilarious to me. They have no idea of the garbage they’re going to receive from China. They sent me four hats squeezed into 1 box. I’ve seen better hats in Halloween costumes. Garbage!
