The process was quite straightforward. I expected a glitch when loading my credit card details, which put me off at the time. However, I reset my order and all was well. I’m looking forward to receiving my hat.

Total scam! Their website is great. It’s downhill from there. Hats are junk. Refunds nonexistent.

Quality products great price

Sizes are way off, i ordered 3 XL hats. I measured them all between 22 and 22.75 inches, that is medium not XL. Apparently, they come from China and more expensive to ship back than they are worth! I stopped payment.

Absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT USE. The hats are like flimsy cardboard, the jeans are so thin it's comical. Says its texas based charge you in dollars but its actually from China. No better than Temu crap

The company appears to be operating out of the US and hats that are made in South America. However, the hats appear to be made in China. I ordered a Laveno Panama hat, one that could be rolled up for travelling, the hat I received is far from what was advertised and definitely not worth what I paid. It was a cheap hat that I could have got at my local market for a few euros. It was made of three pieces, the rim, sides and top, which were stitched together. This made it impossible to roll effectively. Certainly not a Panama.
When I complained that they had sent the incorrect hat they offered me a few dollar to keep the unwanted hat. Despite more emails they seem to ignore the fact that it was their error and that I should pay for the return postage as they have, and I quote from their reply, "because the company also needs certain costs to produce the products and transportation costs" Since the hats come from China, it's almost impossible to return or exchange so after many emails and haggling I reluctantly gave up and accepted a 50% refund.

I would give this company a zero if I could. Delivery took forever. Tried to track where the order was and found it impossible to do. All I got was "on it's way to America". When the package arrived, it looked nothing like what was advertised. It was crushed and misshaped. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered a size 5 shoe and got some size 38 Chinese shoe. They aren’t answering there service emails. Anyone know how to get money back?

Ordering was easy. I don’t understand a tip request for an order. Never heard of such a thing! Also it’s interesting that you my opinion, when I still don’t have a confirmation email of my order.
