The people i have spoke to are so helpful and kind. They are quick to respond in a respectful manor (even with all my questions not just on the win).
The competitions are easy to use in my opinion and always something there.
I will be using them for ages as the prizes are amazing.
I have never had a site who is so helpful in so many ways. I look forward to seeing them in person in the future.

Doesn't feel trustworthy
I'm very on the fence about this business.
On the one hand, I've seen people genuinely win some prizes, so I know that does happen. However, I've also seen quite a bit of talk in a lot of groups about potential... shenanigans. I won't go into it here.
Their website is slow, and has lots of AI imagery in use. I was half considering getting some tickets but I've decided I just can't really trust them given what's been said

We completely understand that people want to be confident before entering competitions. Unfortunately, there has been a significant amount of misinformation circulated in various WhatsApp groups, including screenshots that have been shared without the full context, leading to misleading conclusions being drawn.
If you have any concerns at all, we’d genuinely encourage you to message our customer service team via WhatsApp (link is on our website) We’ll happily answer any questions you have, explain the context behind anything you’ve seen online, and provide reassurance before you make any decision.
Since launching, we’ve had over 1,000 genuine winners, all drawn live, and this is reflected in the many authentic reviews left by verified customers who have received their prizes. Sadly, we’ve also been targeted by a number of fake and malicious reviews that have been submitted with the intention of casting doubt on our business and directing potential customers towards competitors. We continue to report these where appropriate.

Aggressive and Dismissive Replies
I cannot recommend this company based on how they handle paying customers. After purchasing several tickets for a recent draw, I noticed a discrepancy in the entry list and politely contacted support to get it cleared up.
The response I received was incredibly aggressive and confrontational. Rather than simply resolving a basic admin query, the person was completely dismissive and essentially told me if I didn't like how they ran things, I shouldn't play. It's a shame, because the prize line-ups look decent, but the sheer lack of professionalism and toxic attitude from their team makes it a massive risk.
There are plenty of other competition sites out there that actually value their community. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Disappointing
I contacted this company as I had some questions about their entry process, and I'd seen some things online that had concerned me.
The reply I received was very rude, and I was threatened with legal action just for asking these simple questions.
I also find it very questionable that they have felt the need to remove almost all negative reviews, it would go far for a company to simplify be honest and let people make their own mind up.
All in all, not people I would use again or trust with my money.

We’re disappointed to read another review containing serious allegations without any supporting evidence.
Firstly, this review has been posted using a variation of a director’s wife’s name, despite not being from her. We believe this is a deliberate attempt to impersonate someone connected with our business, which is misleading and has been reported to Trustpilot.
The claims regarding our winners are simply false. Every competition is conducted using an independently audited random number generator, with live draws and full verification of winners before prizes are awarded. We have delivered hundreds of prizes to genuine customers across the UK, many of whom have publicly shared their winnings.
The previous website issue has also been widely explained. During a technical fault affecting cached website data, placeholder information was incorrectly displayed. No draws were altered, no prizes were affected, and no tickets were reassigned. Independent records of every competition remain available and can be audited.
With regard to our winner announcements, we only publish the level of information that winners have consented to us sharing. We take customer privacy seriously and will not publish personal information simply to satisfy anonymous accusations.
As for our Trustpilot profile, the notice referenced relates to the way review content was displayed on our own website. We used a custom design to match our branding, which did not comply with Trustpilot’s display guidelines. It was not issued because reviews were fake or manipulated, and Trustpilot has never found evidence that we fabricate reviews or winners.
We welcome genuine feedback—positive or negative—and regularly respond to customer concerns. However, we will not accept false allegations, impersonation, or defamatory statements presented as fact.
If the author genuinely has evidence to support any of these claims, we invite them to contact us directly or provide it to the relevant authorities. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that this review be amended or removed.

I was recommended this site by a friend who has won a few things from there and so thought that I would have a go myself as its a bit of fun.
The site itself is really easy to use and the prize details and instant wins are clearly displayed which I like as I can see my chances and odds on each draw. I also really like the email with the scratch off type tickets once you enter.
The fact that the draws are done live is really reassuring and also that alternative prizes or cash etc are accommodated by the team so even if I win something that I dont really want on an instant win then I know that I can change it.
overall the site is really great and I will be using it in the future and have told the other members of my team to have a go as I have only had good experiences

Lewis is the MAN
So, I had taken part in a number of prize draws, but was never fortunate enough to win any prizes. But let me dispel this false narative that this is all a scam.. because it sure as hell isn't. I have had to watch my friends and squad mates celebrate winning a raffle that I too had entered...
Besides the point, I was in the market for a new RIF which proved to be elusive. I had placed orders at multiple different Vendors only to be told that there has been a mistake on the webite and the RIF was out of stock, leaving me out to dry. I had dropped a message in one fo the tactical comp groups chats and Lewis reached out straight away. Within a couple of hours, Lewis had sourced a more premium RIF and a cheaper price point than what other retialers were selling for, delivered staright to my door.
This is not a review on how good the competitions are, but this is a review directly on Lewis. He had no reason to help me out, and furthermore, no reason to give me such a deal on the RIF brand new. There has been a couple of fake 1 star reviews left on here by salty people who had not won when testing luck and entering a draw.
I will keep entering the draws, and keep showing support becasue Lewis has a good thing going at the minute and has curated a pretty cool community within the hobby of airsoft.
