The feel of the hat is exceptional. The fit , color and size are perfect.

The explanation of the makeup of the hats and the variety was great. The $$ indicated was in $CDN but the invoice after my discount was in $USD.

The ordering process was simple, however I cannot give an informed assessment of the overall product, until my order has been delivered and I can sample the wears.

I recently purchased a Panama hat from a website that turned out to be a scam. At first, I was excited because the price was unbeatable, and the pictures looked great. However, when the hat finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was poor, and it didn't resemble the stylish design I had expected. I tried contacting customer service, but there was no response. I regret not doing more research before buying. Lesson learned: always check reviews and verify the legitimacy of online stores before making a purchase!

Es una estafa. Compré dos sombreros Panamá , fabricados con paja toquilla en Ecuador por 64 euros.
He recibido dos sombreros fabricados en China, uno de ellos de papel y ninguno de la talla solicitada.
Al ponerme en contacto con ellos para la devolución, me ofrecen 22 dólares y quedarme con los sombreros (inútiles para mi) o hacer la devolución pagando yo los portes y aranceles a China. No compréis ahí. Son unos estafadores

Me acaban de estafar hice una compra por 1,000$ y me mandaron unas cosas viejas de mala calidad nada que ver con las imágenes como hago para que me devuelvan mi diner

Ordered a hat via their Facebook ad. They never sent an order confirmation or responded to emails. Disputed the charge thru PayPal and finally received a refund after 6 weeks. Company is in China, not USA. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fully ripped me off. Lost hundreds of dollars. Avoid!

I received the wrong size, seemingly to complete the order. They offered a $10.00 refund "instantly" or an expensive return process. I regret not researching this company more thoroughly before purchasing and agree with others who call them scammers.

We were considering ordering over 200 hats for a marketing event but will now support a local business instead.

Received wrong size and contacted company via email and representative admitted sending wrong size but she wrong size anyway. Said equipment for producing my size was down for"special reason" Offered me $20 on a $40 order insisted on full refund and never hard form them again. This is a scam for sure. Don't even think about doing business with this company

This hat made of paper and is from China. Its not from south america as advertised. This company is a fraud, Don't buy from this site.

Ordered 3 hats. Once was a one size fits all. The other 2 sizes were Large. The striking Panama hat didn't come as a large, but as an xtra large. The order was clearly for a large and customer service has no solution to fix this. People can't follow the order correctly or just did not care. The opening for the Large that fit me was 7 1/2 inches. The Panama hat opening was 8 1/4 inch. Its sad that I can not trust this site to get the order straight.

Everything about this company is a fraud. They make the website look like they are from the USA with all the flags and the way things are worded. I bought a hat that appeared to be a lookalike of a hat that Clint Eastwood wore in a movie and what showed up was a cheap felt piece of garbage. They also sent some ridiculous giant plastic pink glasses in the package.

I told them I wanted a refund and they offered $10 off or I can ship the hat back to China at my expense for a full refund, which would have cost more than the hat.

Their Facebook page says they are in Texas but that is not true.

If you buy from them, be prepared to be disappointed.

Sent me the wrong hat.
Customer service via email is responsive but completely useless.
Their only recourse to me was to take a partial refund and give the wrong hat to someone else.
They would not provide a method to return it and get a replacement. They continually sited the high cost, to me, of returning it and they would give me a $10 refund on a $65 hate and just give it away.
Will not do business with them again.

Hat is very very cheap. Looks nothing like the picture of the hat i ordered.

There is no way to contact the company to complain.

They sent me two hats crushed in a shoe box and both were different sizes, not the size I asked for, these hats are useless. Attempted to send it back and they sent me an email saying that they would credit me $10 but not to send the hats back. I immediately disputed the charge on my credit card. Thank goodness I was given a credit for the full amount. Now the credit card company will get their money, if not, MasterCard will blacklist the business and they won't be able to charge a MC.

The hat was great! I have a small head and find it hard to find hats that fit properly. These hats are adjustable so no problem!
