The fact that this hat was at such a significant savings prompted me to make the purchase. I received emails confirming the purchase and a coupon for 25% off my next purchase. It remains to be seen how the purchase proceeds. I’ll update this review if need be.

I purchased a total of three hats. Three of them were shipped crammed on top of each other two of the hats arnt even the size I order from them the third hat looks like a hat from walmart nothing like picture on the web site .All crammed a box on top of the other and then crammed into a box that was too small. Advertised as a 30X there is no way that these hats are anywhere near even a 3x. I wouldn't be cought dead wearing one of these crummy hats. Tienda is a total scam and they should be arrested for fraud. They are absolute pieces of junk. Not what I paid for at all elastic band on the inside their kids hats one size fits all junk

Scam! Do not order from this company!! Tried to file a return/ refund but of all things he’s on vacation! They should be charged with fraud

This company should have 0 stars. My fault for not checking where it was made. The region it comes from in China is one the largest areas with forced labor, they abuse their own citizens. The hats, product is garbage. It would cost me double to send this crap back. It's already in the trash. My fault. I just threw my money away. Aweful BS company.

i bought 2 hats at $35.99 ea! i received the 2 hats and 2 days later i received 2 more hats, the order was duplicated by mistake! the hats are too big! wanted to send them back for a refund and order same 2 hats but a size smaller! they offered me $8 refund ! then came back with $10 ! So i'm out $139.50 ! don't get scamed like i did ! buy your hat somewhere else !

Easy site to view and looks like a nice hat range hope they fit as good as they look

I did not receive what I ordered. Hat did not even come in the hat box advertised. Material of hat was very cheap

I have been looking for that style for some time. It is the ballooning character I have been looking for. Most others are too close to the head. I was not disappointed when this one arrived as I have been on occasion.

Also, my US hat size is 7 1/4. I ordered a Medium. Considered a large. I did right.

I was sketchy at first but after doing some research… I went ahead and bought 3 cowboy hats… looking forward to seeing them in person

The ad said delivery was fast (7-15 days delivery), and it appeared to be from the USA. I ordered it on December 8th for Christmas and it came a month later, on January 8th, 2025. Tracking said it bounced around China for weeks before coming here; the material is cheap and it doesn't match the picture. It's also the wrong size and too small. When I emailed them after two weeks all I got was an excuse about delayed flights and "be patient." So I was patient and got burned anyway. Lesson learned.

It was easy shopping experience

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had to try 3 different credit cards before one was accepted. Two Visa cards were declined. However, after my third card was accepted (AMEX), I was notified by VISA they were concerned it was a fraudulent attempt and asked me if I had attempted to make this purchase. So, not your fault after all.

Vast selection, styles and the quality looks amazing. I'm such a hat fan and just had to have one of these.

Excellent customer service, quick response and wonderful quality

The hat is total junk. Not even close to the wool hat I ordered. $30 + is what I paid. Customer Service wants to give me $5 and keep the hat. Don't get ripped off my. me.
