Just a bit difficult to navigate the website, but otherwise the process itself was easy and straightforward.

Experience was good. It was easy to find the flat caps i was looking for and more.

I ordered a hat from Tiendahat and it was advertised as a 100% wool hat made in Italy. What I received was a wool/poly blend made in China. What’s bad is the marketing deceit. If it’s made in china just say so. If it’s not 100% wool say so. Don’t lie to make your product more appealing. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to pay to return and when I said that wasn’t acceptable they ghosted me.

Ordered a peaked cap - wool genuine Scottish Harris Tweed and I received a cheaply made 100% polyester cap which you can see through. Should have checked company out before ordering, live & learn.

Easy ordering of products.

Well a great choice of hats, but the website developer has a craze for popups that are very distracting and not always helpful.
I couldnt focus on what i wanted to do.

I have received one of your hats and I was happily surprised by the quality of the material so I ordered 2 more.

I agree with all the other negative reviews about this company. They are a SCAM. I paid for 4 Pamana hats. I received two hatS. One said "paper" "made in China" My hats were sent from the USA. THEY TOLD ME I COULD RETURN THEM TO CHINA, PAY POSTAGE ETC. OR I COULD KEEP IT AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME 10% OFF. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY OTHER TWO HATS. THEY ARE GREAT WITH RESPONDING......BUT DON'T TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE EMAILS FROM THEM WERE A JOKE

Complete scam. I ordered off of Facebook. Order shipped quick, wrong hat though. I was offered a 3rd of what I paid but could keep the hat. I didn’t want the Panama hat. After asking for a full refund they ghosted me. I filed a complaint with PayPal and Facebook about experience. Stay away from these thieves.

This is yet another Panama hat scam!

I got caught out by their advert in Facebook, and waited for ages, for a cheap, heavy Chinese copy - made from inferior materials, to arrive in a plastic bag.

I complained through the website several times, and was offered a pitiful discount each time - eventually they agreed to give me a full credit, if I sent it to Chinese address.

Eventually I claimed from PayPal, who were very helpful, and full agreed that the company was running a scam!

Been sent a sub standard item after being charges for a premium product as per the website. Now being offered a 10% discount only after they admitting that they 'wrongly' sent the item.

Its a clear tactic of swindling customers and I see other online customers reporting the same issue,

C'est une firme qui est localisée en Chine et qui n'a aucun lien avec ce qu'ils annoncent sur leur site: les chapeaux qu'ils vendent seraient produits au Panama avec de la paille d'origine. La seule chose qui est bien faite est leur site Internet, qui du coup annonce des choses qui sont inventés. Donc je recommande de ne pas acheter auprès de cette firme: c'est une anarque

Tiendahat is the biggest scam of all time. Ordered a hat that the company says is made in Ecuador. When the package arrives (from China) it is not the hat I ordered but some cheap junk from China. I contact their product service, who does not want me to send the hat back and I also do not get any compensation more than 10-20%. Scam scam scam

it is the worst product I received. dont waste your time and money in this company
