THEY RIPPED ME OFF. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD. I ORDERED ONE THING AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER. AN INFERIOR PRODUCT THAT I'M SURE THEY BOUGHT FROM CHINA FOR $1. ABSOLUTELY NOT PROFESSIONAL. AFTER LODGING A COMPLAINT WITH THEM, THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TRYING PULL THE WOOL OVER MY EYES. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE. DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'M SURE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT YOU FIND (AND THERE ARE'NT THAT MANY) WERE WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

100% SCAM This guy used to be good. He has a small warehouse full of oddball hats he is trying to get rid of. When your order comes in, he picks the closest one and mails it to you. When you complain, he tries to talk you into tiny refund. He may be operating as "hatsfashion" now. He responds to emails very late at night. He tries to manipulate you into just accepting the hat you DID NOT receive.

My Final email to Tiendahat:
Dear Tiendahat, I have made my decision………. Tiendahat is a scam. There was a delay in sending the hat at the beginning and I now believe your company sent out the incorrect hat on purpose because you didn’t have the the SKU I ordered, and there by putting me now in a position of excepting the hat I do not what or need with a $5 refund…sorry I forgot you raised it to $6. Then if I want the hat I ordered I would have to pay full price for the hat and HOPE that the hat that arrives is the one I ordered or I will have 2 hats I don’t want for $150.00. That’s a joke! I believed that if I send the hat I have back, Tiendahat will never acknowledge that it was received so that you never have to refund or credit me for the incorrect delivery. In short, I take the risk that you will deliver the order I paid for, and I take the risk on the return. Tiendahat never takes any risk and holds me accountable for Tiendahat's mistakes. At this point I will take the hit and never do business with Tiendahat and will use my voice to tell all I know to never, ever, do business with Tiendahat.

I had a problem ordering from an offer I found on Facebook. However when Tiendahat reached out to me by email my issue was dealt with efficiently.
The ordering process was then very easy.
I have just completed my order so I have not received any hats yet. So I can't comment on the quality of their product yet.
I would be happy to deal with this company in the future and probably will.

Easy website navigation

Pure garbage, their hats are cheap Chinese hats that are definitely not Panama hats on the scale of what is made in Ecuador or anywhere else they are known for making Panama hats. They offer you a $5.00 credit and they can kiss my grits. straight up junk for junk buyers who do not know quality in hats.

Website very easy to use.

Repeated excuses for late delivery. Finally delivered hats multiple sizes too large. Offered only partial refund so it could cover its own expenses. Useless hats. And they look a lot worse in person than in the online ad, not like any superfino I have ever seen. Not a business that stands by its product and not one I would go back to.

Sent the completely wrong kind of hats won’t respond at all except with generic AI responses to email. Looks like I’m not alone. This company is pathetic.

I selected a hat from this company, when it arrived it was a totally different hat, I contacted the supplier who informed me that the best offer was a $8 dollar refund (Item was $78) they informed me that they knew this was not a good outcome for me. After a lot of emails the offer now is 50% and I pay for the item to be returned. My advice for anyone who thinks about buying from this company is, don’t do it!!. There customer service is a joke, I have reported them to PayPal in the hope that they will intervene on my behalf, when I informed them that I was going to do this, they said that this would lead to a very long delay in it being settled, I think that speaks for itself.

Genuine Experience

I love the hat. Has a great feel. Unfortunately it is a little large. I have it to a friend who also lives the hat. I am buying another; a size smaller.

Hat delivered was mangled. try to find out how to return the hat. I was given an address in China!

I love the choices. My only concern is that I think I was supposed to get one free with a purchase. That option was never 👎🏾 available.
