I had no clue that this was trash from China—until the tracking information alerted me. What arrived was not what I ordered. Completely misrepresented in their FaceBook ad. It was cheap and ugly. Buyer beware!

It was very straightforward to make the order.

They are a scam. they sent the wrong item and super low quality. They fail to respond to email. They did not provide a return or refund despite promising to do so.

I dislike being asked to judge a product before I have received it, and I find these questions to be quite bothersome. Consequently, I am only giving it one star.

Awful quality product that actually comes from China and not an original Ecuador or Colombian Panama hat. Arrived in a plastic bag and not boxed as advertised either.

Totally rubbish product and totally misleading advertising on Facebook and instagram.

This company is terrible. I purchased two hats and even paid for expedited shipping. Over two weeks later and the hats have still not arrived. I have asked for a refund multiple times and get nothing but a run around and asking me to be patient and tell me they are in transit yet tracking shows they have not even left China. Do not work with this company.

Prices are phenomenal, your choice of styles is exquisite and quality is remarkable.

There website is falsely advertising name brands like Tommy Bahama and the quality of the products is very cheap. The hats we received were beginning to fall apart. This company sells junk.

I need to send it back

The cap took a long time to arrive. When it did it was not as advertised. It was not Harris tweed or wool but a cheap polyester blend. When I complained, I was told I could ship it back to China at my expense. Since after dealing with these scammed, I was not confident I would receive a refund, I kept and donated it to a nursing home.
