No refund or gun. Had to call the Better Business Bureau® and a bunch of other people.

I ordered an AR 9 lower kit.when I went to build the gun I go to put the takedown pins in and they are completely the wrong parts they are to something else .so I call and long story short they basically told me I'm screwed .by the time I got all parts mailed to me and could actually find out the pins were to a completely different gun it was "to late " SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS TAKE DOWN PINS THEY COULD NOT EVEN SHIP ME THE RIGHT PARTS

This was back in August, but I Received my order fairly quick. Nice material and wieght. Still haven’t started with the build yet as my daughter wants to build it with me this time and she just went on break from college for Thanksgiving. So it will be soon

Do not order from these guys, you will regret it. Spend the couple extra dollars and buy from a more reputable company, who you can be confident will send you what you ordered.

I ordered a complete rifle kit from thunder tactical, aka thunder guns llc back in early May of 2020. It took until mid July to finally receive my order in the mail (which I figured would be the case because of covid19).

Anyway, upon opening and inspecting by rifle kit, I noticed the entire buffer system was missing from the kit (buffer tube, spring, buffer, castle nut and end plate).
I emailed them the same day to let them know and received an email back the next day saying they would get those parts out to me.
Well they lied. I still have not received my buffer assembly parts as of today Nov 18, 2020 and they have not responded to any of my emails or comments online since....so looks like I am going to have to spend another $40 on top of the near $500 I spent for the kit and order the buffer components elsewhere, which is complete BS!

So BUYER BEWARE, don't be tempted by the lower prices on their site, as you will be missing parts and not be sent a your complete order.... I guess that's how they are able to offer lower prices than their competitors, by skipping out on parts and not sending their customers the complete kits they ordered as advertised on their website.

First they took 2 months to deliver my package and blamed it due to covid which is understandable. But when I received my upper receiver I went to test it out and it didn’t fire. So I took it home checked it out these people couldn’t even assemble the gas block right , they had the gas block pin in the gas block , and they set the gas block tube making it LOOK like they put it in , unprofessional, never have seen a company do that , and at that they won’t respond to my emails or answer my calls. Next time just pay the extra $$$$ elsewhere trust me don’t waste your time

Cheap part but good luck getting all of your parts. They will not return or even answer phone calls or email. It is worth spending $50 extra somewhere else because you won't have to buy the parts you did not get.

This company has a bad history of not send all the parts. I read the reviews after I had to many problems. They took months to respond and after sending a few of the missing parts they said sorry your not within the 30 day period we can't help you. Don't buy from these crooks.

I purchased a complete AR kit from TT.
It did take a little time to get it, but less than two weeks. They did not respond in person to email inquiries regarding shipping ETA, but I did get a canned response, with covid delays, that's fine.
The gun needs assembly (purchased that way), and all the parts were well packed to avoid damage. All in all, a good purchase and I would buy from them again. 4 stars simply because 5 means perfection, and that is reserved for really going out of your way.

Buyer be warned. My rifle kit arrived 2 weeks after placing my order, but it was missing the stock, the additional rail mounts and the firing pin retainer in the bolt was broken. They don’t have replacement parts available so, good luck. I had already put the whole thing together, but in order to receive these missing parts, you have to send everything back to get a “new” rifle kit. All for a $40 dollar piece. What a joke! Not buying from them again.

Update: 2 days after being told I had to ship my rifle kit back, I received a small package in the mail which contained the missing stock and rail mounts. The only thing that wasn't sent was a replacement retainer pin for the bolt. I'm glad that they at least tried to make things right but they really need to improve on their communication skills.

Okay so I have seen all the mixed reviews and want to make a review to sum it up. Okay so yes it will take a while to ship and they are terrible with email communication, but dont let that stop you. If you are certain of what you want and have the time to wait then do it. Just got my product and after checking it over it looks good! I too had decided to cancel my order due to it taking a long time and me being the impatient person I am called a bunch and got very helpful responses. After canceling my order just so happened to ship the next day! So dont be afraid to call and ask for help, they will be there to give it!

I ordered a raw skeletonized trigger guard and received the same one but anodized. For my project I needed a raw one so I called the following monday morning. They said they would send me a new raw one with an envelope to return the wrong one. Waited the 2 weeks for covid delay just received my correct order today on time. Would of gave 5 star if order was correct first time, nice quality part, but 4 star for good response and resolution plus. Will be returning the wrong part soon. (Karma)

Filed a dispute to get my money back. Waited a month and after several unanswered phone calls and emails, decided to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I want to update this. ThunderTactical did in fact send the merchandise. It turned out to be very nicely built and should work well. Perhaps my patience was short, however their lack of email correspondence regarding the order was lacking and made me cancel my order.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM AND ITS FROM THE COMPANY STAFF. IT'S BEEN NEARLY A MONTH AND NO PRODUCT TO BE SEEN NOR A RESPONSE ABOUT MY REFUND, I HAD TO FILE A FRAUDULENT CLAIM WITH MY BANK. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY.

I ordered an AR complete assembled upper on July 10th and received it today. It came wrapped real nice and was in perfect condition. Exactly what I ordered and at a great price. I never once doubted TT as my son has ordered many times from them. Remember folks this is a pandemic and a lot of manufacturer's are barely employing. It might take some time to arrive but be patient.

The pistol kit was good except for a major component, the bolt. It was way out of spec and would not seat on the round. I verified this twice myself and had a certified armor look at it. His decision was the same. Thunder Tactical has still not resolved this issue since I contacted them two months ago. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a pistol kit, fast shipping and great price. Kit was missing barrel nut and bolt carrier group, contacted customer service was told to send pics, of what arrived via email and the parts would be shipped right away, will update when parts arrive.

Ordered the complete ar 9mm pistol kit with the 80% lower. I got the complete upper and no lower. Ordered 2 months ago I have tried calling and emailing and have not gotten any response. I will not ever order from these liberals again.

DO NOT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM I ordered 2 kits forms them took a month for the first one to get here which they gave me the wrong kit then the next order took me about a month to get the tracking number from them after asking may times a week goes by I message them and they tell me their sold out of the KIT I ORDERED A MONTH AGO like I said do not give them your money

I Placed an order from them two weeks ago. It was a full ar15 kit. It arrived two days ago. They sent me the wrong butt stock than the one on display in the kit. What's worse is that neither the lower or upper was in the box at all. I have emailed them and called them every day so far. I also used the contact us form on their Web site. No answers on any medium of communication that I have tried. I will never order from them ever again.

I ordered a kit from this company and I have yet to receive it even though my order shows complete on their website 2 weeks ago. I have emailed and have yet to get a response. I have called there office and the calls go unanswered. I ordered from this company since it was local but I am disappointed and want be using them again in the future.
