Came incredibly well packaged. Taped up box, taped and bubble wrapped assemblies. strong and separated bags of parts. Great anodized coating on all of it. 80% lower is more then correct and in spec. From what I have experienced the last few months, these folks are stellar.

Lower I had from them wasn’t drilled correctly for the safety selector detent, the safety selector stick out quite a bit when the detent is in and won’t stay locked in safe or fire, it’s sloppy

After reading all these rotten reviews I had to chime in and say BS. I have been buying from them for 3 years or better and have gotten some nice products. Their shipping is 3 days to CA. The only issue has been some rust on a screw. I have had great experiences for 3 years. Do as I do , order small the first time to test the company. Oh and TT I got my order to 93727 just fine thank you. Please burn your records.

After reading all the bad reviews I was skeptical about ordering but everyone was just complaining about how long it took and communication. I didn't need a rush on my ar so I figured I'd give it a shot if it took a month or 2 so be it. Every other site was either out of stock or 1/3 of the price higher. I ordered may 3 and received it may 18th so 15 days? Not so bad. Thank you thunderguns!

I ordered a complete 5.56 upper. The barrel seems Ok, but that is about it. The mil spec trigger group, I couldn't even drive the pins in on the bench. The holes didn't match up. I had another trigger group and put it in, perfect. I went to the range. The extractor doesn't extract, but, I had another bolt group. it worked perfectly. I haven't taken the bolt apart to see exactly where the problem is, but it jambs every round. I don't know where they are getting their parts, but they are junk.
I have been doing builds for a long time. This is my first and last Thunder Tactical anything.
In all fairness I have not contacted Thunder tactical to let the make it right because I don't want any more junk.

Thunder Tactical used to have good prices. Due to the opportunity offered by the entire country pandemic buying, they've decided to engage in price gouging. Remember that $50 80% from 18months ago? $135. Even 80% Arms is cheaper than that...

Long before the pandemic, I purchased a 5-pack. When I finally got around to inspecting them in detail, two of them were milled incorrectly at the factory in such a way that the rib that the grip attaches to was off-center and far too large. I contacted the company. They said they would send out replacements. Did they? No. Did they respond when I followed up with them? No.

Complete junk, don’t buy from Thunder Tactical. Firstly, I bought a lower and they couldn’t manage to mill the trigger guard correctly. Already completed the build so didn’t want to deal with their BS return, just shaved down on the trigger guard itself to get it to fit. Mill spec? Ha! What ever, it is what it is.

Next, I take the other kit out to shoot. Fired 90 rounds and the bolt assembly fell too pieces, metal shavings inside and the firing pin would no longer move. Took it apart to find the metal shavings inside and the port for the firing pin increased about 3x. Junk. Junk. Junk. Find another source for your firearms.

Spent nearly $1400 with this company. Never again and you shouldn't either. The first half of my order with over a month to receive and the rest followed two weeks later. The trigger reset spring does not fit in the trigger and will not reset. I have multiple missing parts and the customer service is rude and aggressive. At one point they refused to continue to help resolve the issues. I have decided to register a complaint with the BBB.

This company sucks to work with. Their customer service is complete dog sh!t. They respond to inquiries but are somewhat aggressive. Not only that but they take forever to ship the damn products. I waited like almost 40 days before I got my AR15 rifle kit. Funny enough, I got my kit and lower was missing from it. They shipped me another one and it also took about 30 days to get to me lol I’ve never head of 1 month shipping times unless I order on Chinese platforms to get some electronics or whatever.

Thunder tactical did everything their website indicated it would do. I ordered a 16" Rifle kit 15 " Slim Rail Handguard on Feb.3rd. I knew it was 21-30 business day lead time meaning weekends are not business days. So I knew that March 4th would be 21st business day and March 17th would be 30 the business day.On February 25th the website indicated completed .So on March 2nd I called Thunder Tactical for the first time and the lady who answered gave me a tracking number and on March 4th it went into UPS possession and I got it at 5:00pm today the 9th. So in reality I got it on the 24th business day and in 34 actual calendar days. So I knew going into this that it would be 28 - 42 actual calendar days before it would even get close to being delivered. The website said that they are on a 21-30 business day wait. They didn't do any thing that I wasn't warned of and let me tell you all the parts are heavy duty forged aluminum. And for $550.00 a mil-spec AR. Try going to buy one off the shelf and see how much you will be looking at.So for a 34 day wait and what I got in return I not throwing any fits considering what the country is going through right now. Thunder Tactical is alright in my books because they right up front indicated what would you be in for if you choose to order from them and my kit came with the lower receiver not polymer but forged aluminum.

Deceptive business practices! I purchased a rifle kit on 01/24/21 for $622.94. The item was listed as in stock and shipping within 21-30 business days. My order was listed on their website as 'completed" and on 2/22/21 I called to check in and was provided a tracking number from UPS even though on my invoice it says I paid for priority mail USPS. Fast forward to 3/5/21 and I call again because there is no movement on my package and the lady Pam informs me that the Stainless barrel I ordered was NOT in stock! She could not tell me when I would see my order either! Now Im concerned as I just placed another order on 02/18/21 for the same amount. When I asked for a refund she told me there would be a charge to cancel an order that wasn't in stock to begin with because, I quote, "they miscounted". Ive since filed a dispute with my financial institution and ill be contacting the Attorney General too. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Ordered a kit January 20. No emails, nothing. Called 5 times no answer. Sell your business, you suck!!

Horrible customer service. Front desk gal was extremely rude and mocked everything my boyfriend said to her, to her co-workers while we listened to it on the other end of the phone. She made nasty comments and was very unprofessional. Very disgusting behavior. The manager was very rude and unprofessional as well.

Ordered a gun kit from Thunder tactical (Thunder guns) on Dec.21st, 2020 that was supposed to be in stock and ready for shipping. After 1 month of hearing nothing, I decided to call the company. The first number I tried went to a message machine. The second number I tried, I got ahold of a lady named Pam. She gave me an order number and said they were very busy but that all orders would ship within 30 business days. It was already almost that so I waited another week then tried to call her back only to find out that the number was now disconnected. I called the other number again but this time that number just rang, never going to an answering machine. I then sent several emails. Finally on Feb 5th I sent an email stating that I would have to cancel my order and contact my credit card company about fraud charges. Pam emailed a UPS tracking number to me but no package was ever delivered to UPS. Waited until Feb 9th and still no package for UPS to deliver. Well past the 30 business days and tired of the excuses, I emailed Pam and told her to cancel my order and refund my money. That is when she emailed me that there would be a 4% restocking fee. How can you charge a restocking fee for an item that you don't have in stock that was supposed to be in stock and was supposed to ship in 30 business days? My recommendation: If you want your parts don't order from this company. They will lie and say they have them in stock, then lie and say they will ship in 30 days, then lie and say they have shipped but not deliver them to the shipping company because they don't have them to deliver.

Great Product! it took a few weeks longer then i expected, due to covid there were delays in shipping and a buying frenzy due to the political environment.. also i guess business days don't include weekends or holidays lol i should of thought of that when i read their warning it would take up to 31 business days. that is kind of like 2 months during holiday season ( ordered it in December) and being the first time I ordered from them i was concerned after 35 days.. But i emailed them and they responded right away, gave me an answer and told me when they were planning to ship out that week.. i got my product and i am very happy with it. not only was it as i ordered but most everywhere else was out of stock and I'm lucky to of found the item I wanted from a company that followed threw. nobody likes to wait when they are ordering a new tool but its worth it with this company. planning to do business with them again. thank you!

I have ordered 3 separate lowers from Thunder Tactical! They have made good on everyone! Are they good at communication or speedy delivery? No but not many companies I’ve ordered from have been able to respond or quickly ship Covid and a massive spike in sales has made delivery much slower than last year

Had complications with the order and could not get a hold of anyone by email or telephone to help still no Still have no package. Absolutely horrible customer service if any at all.

I have nothing but good things to say I order an ar15 kit and it came within 3 weeks but I didnt get to test until new years eve night and I fired off 2 clips with ease so I'm really happy and will be ordering a glock kit soon

I ordered an AR10 upper kit. Everything was there. Built the gun fine. Took it out to shoot. After a couple of rounds gun began to stove pipe. Took it home cleaned it and lubed it. Took it out again same. Every other bullet stove piped on the exaction. Tried to call TT to maybe get there opinion multiple times no answer. Emailed them took about a week to get a reply. The response I received was “What could be the problems causing this?” Are you kidding me??? That’s why I reached out to you. I then called Primary Arms and they set me up with a new BCG. Took it out and it worked great.

Ordered a complete rifle kit from them and never received it. Tried to call but there is never anyone that answers. Finally after the third email I got a response say that it has been shipped. The tracking number they gave me shows that the USPS never received it. After more wasted time emailing them they assured that the warehouse will ship today. That was Dec 15th and of course still not shipped. They are the worse company (crooked people) that I've ever had to deal with. Finally had to depute my charge with credit card co to get my money back. My recommendation STAY AWAY!!!! They are not for the American people or the second amendment.
