So far so good. Ordered a 308 upper assembled. I'm out of town on business but my wife told me it already arrived. 2 days after I ordered it!!!

The product was fine, but you better use a pre paid card to make your order... Right after my order was delivered I started getting bogus charges to Knots Berry farm and Legoland in CA... I am positive it was leaked from these guys.

Do not buy from this company. My card information was hacked and it’s the second time with this company.

I would never recommend on service alone. My debit information was stolen when I made purchase. Info was sent to Nigeria and then an account was set up with remitly. Took 1500. It was refunded by Remitly! Thunder tactical is either doing this or doesn't care that they have been hacked.. Very poor communication.. they never answered, replied, returned calls, or emails. They over charged for shipping! Charged shipping on each item not just shipping in one box as it was shipped. I did get the purchases within 2 weeks.no issues on product but everything else was horrible!

Thunder tactical/thunder guns used to be great with order fulfillment. As of late they lack customer service and fulfill orders incorrectly. Received wrong item, and because it was only $14 difference, I decided it wasn’t worth the RMA. However, the wrong part had missing components. After two weeks of “service” emails, one another wrong part was sent to me. So, two $90 items - useless. Non responsive “customer service”. All via email and NO results. Spend your cash elsewhere.

I order a whole kit about a week ago n recently just received it with no issue at all shipping was fast and great every part that was need was all there

Worst place ever!

They took my online order. Within 24 hours, I started getting fraud alerts as my credit card number was being used fraudulently in CA and FL.

They never responded to any correspondence, never shipped the items, just worked my card at a bunch of crappy restaurants and Disneyworld.

I ordered from them over a month ago never received anything they don’t return emails or answer the phone.
This place is a joke!!!!!!!

Total crap show. No response to calls no response to e-mails. Total joke. Asked to cancel my order they said sure....no money was returned and no item was shipped...total scam

I been ordering from the past few years from thunder tactical the last 3 to 4 times I've order my card been hacked with charges from different companies over $5000. I know it's from this place sadly disappointed

Ordered my lower 2/21/22 my order was processed and shipped pretty quickly, received my lower 2/24/22, and mind you I’m in commifornia 😂 first time dealing with thunder tactical an a good first impression good quality lower I highly recommend for your future build needs

Thunder tactical sells a good product. I have built two of their kits no problems so far. I will definitely order from them again. Great customer service.

Very helpful when I was placing my order, shipped and received no issues. Packing was great no damages. There was a few incorrect parts, my email was responded to quickly and correct ones sent immediately. Great customer service! Definitely would recommend them.

THESE GUYS ARE CHEATERS AND THIEVES. SENT ME PARTS KITS WITH PARTS MISSING AND DIDN'T FIX IT. HAD THEM BUILD UPPERS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY WERE NOT PUT TOGETHER CORRECTLY AND THEY HAD TO BE REBUILT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CROOKS

Three days from order until I got my lower. Great customer service. Contacted me by email and phone. This is the second time that I have done business with them. Do not hesitate to do business with them.

This is a good company. I had no bad experience ordering from here. This is my 3rd time ordering from Thunder Tactical. Never had any problems from anything I've bought from here. Customer service is also good with them. So that's all I got to say for now.
