The best e-Sports betting website! I've been betting on thunderpick since 2018 and it was one of the first few sites to properly incorporate esports betting such as Counter strike, Dota and League of legends. To this day I use the site as it provides a consistent range of matches and games, a great VIP experiance (Shout out janssan) and a clean UI. If you're an esports bettor or even a sports bettor I'd highly reccomend taking a look at thunderpick due to the raw variety of side bets and options you get for most esports. Only criticism I have is the provider can be inconsistent at times for live bets but thats such a minimal issue compared to everything the site is able to provide on a daily basis. Hands down the best site for esports betting.

They dont appreciate loyal customers
I had been customer of this company almost since beginning of them. I had only one account which was fully verified, I made several withdraws during playing on their site and never had single problem. This summer I wanted to login to my old account and play a little again.
TLDR: They closed my account without any prior notice. Without any possibility to reopen it or create a new one. Yeah, they have right for this, it is stated in their T&C. But should company behave like this towards their customer? Towards their longterm customers? I dont think so. As far as I know, I did not breach their ToS in any way. I had only one account, no multiaccounts, my account was fully verified. I am not from any of theirs restricted countries.
It is lame. There is a lot of similar companies. Companies, which value their customers. So why does anybody should even consider to play on Thunderpick?

Decided to rewrite the comment for clarity. In general, the site design is good, as well as the betting line and withdrawal. They are fast and flexible enough. But the loyalty to customers is separate. The lack of bonuses and promos, as well as their complete degradation and inappropriateness. A disgusting loyalty system that is distributed among the elected gentlemen from the administration themselves. And also a giveaway system that has no right to exist due to its lack of transparency. Your account can be oversaturated with bonuses, then every time you contact you will be sent away. Absolutely idiotic races that block the possibility of receiving bonuses. As a first experience in betting. I highly do not recommend this platform.

I deposited some crypto coin that is fillfulled to their minimum deposit amount requirement, but it has not appeared yet my deposit page. It has passed 45 hours long. I defintely contacted their support chat, and emailed to their service within 1hr after I depsoited.
They said " network congestion, they will resolve within 1-2 business day, we will keep you updated on any progress."
Now, 45 hours passed.
I have been waiting any further information and have not been seeing any progress everytime i check and use with chrome.
I want to tell everyone if all of you want to use this site, please consider pros and cons.

Stay away until they improve
I just deposited my first amount and while they confirmed it, they said that they need to escalate because of network congestion, and 2h later still can't use my account.
So, just to be clear: they confirmed the money have arrived but can't allow me to use it because... Well there was no reason given.
Also, the support staff mentioned that the average time wait can be 1-2 business days! Note that this nowhere mentioned on the website, so it's always nice to hear after you've deposited.
Lastly, there was no way I could get a reasonable timeframe for my issue being solved - "try in 30 minutes and come back". Absolutely atrocious. Stay away!
The support person did their best, I have nothing negative to say about that, but they were essentially forced to evade.
Update: my account was credited a few minutes after posting this. So, a wait of 2h+ when you deposit. Something to consider if you really want to use them.
Update 2: after response from Thunderpick.
Thank you for reaching out. I would be open to changing my rating if you would explain to me why my account couldn't be credited if you already confirmed that the money has been received. Also, everyone would appreciate and it would make your business more credible if you would be more transparent with the process, either:
-you mention on your website/FAQ that in some situations the time to credit the account can take more than a few minutes/30 minutes/something reasonable
Or
-you provide some sort of bonus/benefit to those impacted by these delays

So I registered, made deposit, after I made my deposit my account was restricted I couldnt bet, or do anything. Insanity
You have to be insane to bet on this site. The odds are consistently 5-6% worse than all the other sportsbooks like Draftkings or BetMGM. If you make some money, they will than make the odds worse for you. If you then make too much, they will lower your bet amount. Eventually they will cut you off. The only way they will do business with you is if you lose lots of money. PLEASE STAY AWAY. COMPARE ODDS WITH OTHER SITES.
