Thunderpick reached out to me on my last trustpilot complaint about the 87 dollars that I’m owed. Said to email them and this was on Sunday. I then email and they said they would have a resolution in 24 hours maybe 48 hours. It’s now been 4 days and no responses on resolution or anything to make it better. Instead they keep asking me for more time! Do no waste your time with this place! Go somewhere else that rewards loyalty! DO NOT PLAY HERE

Looks like scam
A very negative experience using the site and dealing with the team, which discourages the desire to play, even at the stage of the first deposit. Everyone is well aware that verification takes some time, but being unable to place any bets during the verification process is a first for me. They take a long time to respond, request additional documents, and are not satisfied with selfies that are of sufficient quality for most other platforms. On top of that, you can’t even withdraw your deposit to avoid waiting an extended period for review. A comment for your managers: if you don't allow any actions until verification is complete, then initiate the process immediately, so that deposits cannot be made. Otherwise, it looks like you are taking the money and making players wait, which feels very much like a scam.
