They got back to me in 20 minutes!! and knew exactly how to fix the situation and gave me step-by-step instructions with links for help and it fixed it immediately. "I am a 69-year-old creator currently in the middle of a launch. For Almost two weeks, Thrive Cart has been corrupting my work—deleting 15 hours of design labor this week alone.

I have sent more than 34 emails. I have been told to 'clear my cache' while my database literally eats my content. I offered a simple solution: 'Give me a fresh, blank account build so I can work in a stable environment.'

As a professional documenting this experience, I am appalled. Support has now gone completely silent. They’ve ignored my final 24-hour ultimatum. Is this the 'Lifetime' support we paid for? Is there a single adult at Thrive Cart who can actually hit a reset button, or are we all just paying to be unpaid beta testers for a broken system?

There were a few things that were tricky for me to set up (this is not my wheelhouse) but I reached out to Thrivecart support several different times and each time they were super helpful. They responded quickly, walked me through the steps I needed to take and made setup easy to understand.
