It's like something slowly rotting

Here's the corrected version:

Great software, worked smoothly and amazingly for years, but the last month has been true hell.
Very long downtime due to literally no redundancy, a bug that on a daily basis sent wrong bills to customers and broke my accounting (payment for a specific product costing €39, billed and recorded as €199, a different product tier — this happened more than 20 times in a month and was never addressed).
Legal team ignored our emails and our legal team (we will proceed, obviously).
Today, a bug they have no idea about is literally blocking all Stripe payments. There is just a very unclear status on the dashboard, and their fix is to instruct the customer on how to complete a successful payment — except the solution they advise doesn't work, obviously.
Support is literally navigating the storm with no tools and no competence. Embarrassing. I feel very sorry for them, because before this hellish month, they had been doing great.

I love using ThriveCart

I love using ThriveCart. I originally purchased the lifetime access so that I could easily set up payment plans for my clients. As my work has developed, I have begun using it to share course work on Thrive Learn. I also really appreciate their speedy correspondence if I ever have any technical issues with my account. They are always quickly resolved.

Thank you Joseph for restoring my page

Yesterday I spent the whole afternoon designing my page. While I was designing my upsell and thank you page a technical issue deleted my main page. Thankfully Joseph from the support was able to restore my page thank you so much you saved me a few hours of work!

Got rid of a big headache with an easy solution

I was having trouble with adding tags to customers, and was already constructing an elaborate plan B in my head and feeling overwhelmed. Winsell identified the issue right away and it turned out to be an easy fix! So grateful for the prompt and spot-on support. Thank you!

Easy to Use, No subscription fees, no FOMO

I have been using Thrivecart for the last couple years after using platforms such as Clickfunnels, Go High Level, Podia and more... I like the simplicity, the fact that you pay once and you are done. No subscription fees, no surprise rate increases, it's nice.

It is simple to use and navigate and they are frequently making improvements to make it even better. It integrates with my automation/email software (Keap/Infusionsoft initially and now Mailerlite). If you are looking for a solid place to build sales pages, checkout pages, funnels, etc. especially one without high monthly fees and the neverending subscription model, this is it.

Amazing customer service, great product

Love that Thrivecart is a one off purchase instead of a subscription. Also, I've had amazing responses from the customer service team every time I've needed help. I've used them for years now and highly recommend.

A trap

A trap. Advertise lifetime deal - lifetime deal bought. Turns out though that basic features (like tax deduction) are hidden behind another pay-gate and you require an upgrade to use them. An upgrade that costs a whopping 350 dollars per year. Not for life. Would not recommend.
EDIT: It is not an "advanced tax feature", but any tax feature at all.

Fabulous platform especially for newbies

I am extremely satisfied with the support I’ve received from ThriveCart. My recent request was handled within minutes, and Joseph processed everything quickly and efficiently. My account was updated with my new umbrella subdomain without any issues at all.

Every time I’ve submitted a ticket or contacted ThriveCart support, they respond promptly, take action straight away, and resolve any questions or concerns with professionalism and clarity. The customer service has consistently been fast, reliable, and genuinely helpful.

What truly amazes me is the value of the platform for a one-time fee. The amount you get for that price is incredible, especially for beginners starting a new business. There is so much functionality available that I haven’t even utilised a quarter of it yet, and I already feel the investment has been more than worth it.

If you’re launching or growing a business, I highly recommend ThriveCart as a newbie, both for the powerful platform and their outstanding support team.

Great customer service

Will take hours for them to respond to me, and should I cancel my account? (Remember, this is my 2nd day, so I have no skin in the game and could continue with Samcart.)
Well, I got a super fast response , and more importantly, a helpful one. Edgar was kind and showed me some options, and I was able to retrieve my 2-factor code from my iPhone passwords.
I will NOT go back to Samcart because customer service means so much to me, especially when you really need it...I made it for my schedule post and already had sales!

Amazing lifetime value

I switched from Samcart and it's incredible the amount of money I've saved over the past few years!
I also love that Thrivecart keeps updating and giving us the latest features at no extra charge.
I use Thrivecart+ with Learn+ and I'm so grateful I decided to make the switch.

The Thrivecart customer service team always responds quickly to my support emails. This week they helped me ID that a duplicate charge issue was a setup problem on my end and not a true duplicate payment error. Special shoutout to Errol who took the time to find the source of the problem.
