Be very careful before purchasing from this company.

I requested a refund one day after buying because I quickly realized the platform wasn’t the right fit for me. There were key areas of the design system I couldn’t control, which made it unusable for what I needed.

Instead of honoring the refund request, they dragged the process out. They kept asking for more details under the guise of trying to “fix” the issue, but the result was that they could claim there were no grounds for a refund under their policy. Meanwhile, I had already moved on to another solution because their platform didn’t meet my needs when I needed it to.

The refund process itself was also frustrating. They required me to fill out a Google Form, then claimed they never received it, forcing me to repeat the process. It felt like a delay tactic designed to run out the 30-day refund window.

My advice: document everything immediately. Screenshot your refund request, save every email, and don’t let them push you past the refund period. If they continue stalling, you may be better off disputing the charge through your credit card company.

Don't purchase this product without fully understanding what it does. It is not designed for marketing agencies, which I realized just 11 hours after my refund window expired.

I never set up my account or used the platform beyond evaluating it. As soon as I realized it wasn't a fit, I contacted support. After days of being passed between multiple agents, repeating my situation, and even being sent a refund request form, my refund was ultimately denied.

The platform lacks transparency around what you've purchased, subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, and I had to contact support to turn renewal off. There is also no clear way to escalate concerns or speak with management.

Because of how this was handled, I will not do business with this company again and cannot recommend it to others.

I am giving 5 stars for the customer support. In a world where a large company like Google can sell products wihtout being able to talk to a support person, I am grateful for companies that have even email support. They were on top of investigating the problem and had professional communication. Their response time is great.

I am really NOT loving thrivecart. I have had it for about 2 years now. At first, it seemed fine..but the more I use it, the more glitches I come across. It is so frustrating. I have to create new checkouts for each product despite "saving the template." Also, you have to use a video service like Vimeo and that has a limited amount of usage so you need to upgrade and spend more $$$ for more storage. I invested about 1k into Thrivecart for lifetime access. I doubt I can get this back. I'm sure Kajabi is the way to go.

I have bought Thrivecart pro+ but to this day I still can’t use it. The system thinks I didnt pay, so it blocks all the paid functions, while I did pay the full $679, have the invoice and the money has been deducted. I cant use it and have missed several deadlines in the business because of this. I’ve contacted customer support, got 1 reply that did nothing and ever since it’s silent even though they promise getting back within 24hrs.

This support is completely useless and so far I’ve paid for a product that is locked and I can’t use. It might be great software but I can’t even use it so I feel ripped off

The people responding could not have been more helpful and nice. I had completely forgotten how to access everything and was providing a lot of guesses and we managed to get there in the end. They were very fast to respond, very helpful and very nice to talk to.

I've been using Thrivecart for many years, and I rarely need to contact them about an issue—except today, when I purchased an add-on that didn't activate right away. I sent a message to support, and almost immediately, the problem was resolved.

I use thrivecart for all my checkouts. If there are technical issues they are always quick to respond and solve the problem within minutes to hours.

Everything was quickly and cooperative solved, very friendly, very helpful.
