The agent was very helpful
The agent support [Joseph] solved my problem and was very helpful.
However the software for the camera rotated the shot making both the document and even more the photo ID very difficult. Compared to Amiqus which i have done it was much more tricky

You are being asked to use it
It’s a people checking anti id theft checking tool. No one would choose to use it except being invited to by an agency or business who needs to know who you say you are is who you are. Given the punter using it needs to demonstrate it’s them then it needs to be as easy/straightforward/simple as possible. My experience is it is just that reasonably clear instructions and worked first or second time (passport scanning which is tricky).

Good app
Good app, pretty easy to follow bar the scanning of the Passport. Not enough instruction, many tips but could still not get it to work, failed on numerous attempts. There is an alternative though.

The most stupid and rediculous thing in world
The most stupid and ridiculous thing in the world! The user experience is the worst - why on earth should people have to enter all the details on their phone? And why do they require original documents that must not exceed 2 megabytes? We don’t control the size of those documents.
Hear me out! This is a real and genuine review of this stupid app - the others are questionable.

Good product but doesn't work with all networks
App is not completely intuitive but after a while becomes easy to use. My wife could not use it on her phone - authorisation code would not come through, apparently a problem with network provider. Overall a good product. One hopes it is highly secure!

A company is only as good as its staff…
A company is only as good as its staff and I have to say, Joseph was the member of staff I spoke to and who helped me today. He was marvelous. I am almost 80 years old and he was so patient with me. If all the companies staff are of the same kind nature as Joseph, you have a company to be proud of.

Time consuming.
I had to phone for help twice while completing the information in the app. Each time there was a wait to speak to someone. They did resolve the issues. The app isn't very flexible in offering options if you don't have what they ask for.
