I've had to complete lots of different security checks lately. But I would say this is the easiest one to understand so far. 5☆

Straightforward app, easy to use. When I had a query, the assistance provided over the phone was speedy and clear. Thank you Emmanuel.

Excellent minor glitch receiving otp text from Sky very quickly identified and workaround put in place by Joseph. Great customer support very professional.

The customer support was great. Drew was so patient and determined to get me through the process. The process seemed relatively straightforward but frustratingly didn't always upload my documents and didn't always come up with the expected cues I was supposed to see as Drew shared. He proposed a variety of ways to hopefully move me forward and when these weren't successful hewas able to allow me to upload by a different way. He gets 10/10 from me. The process gets 6/10.

I downloaded this as per my solicitors instruction for moving home. The app itself is easy enough to use and self explanatory, however , it flagged me as a possible PEP due to my name being or variations of it utilised in the US , India and Africa !! Slight overkill in my mind as this created more phone calls and paperwork to my solicitor to sort.

Very long wait to speak to an agent. The agent was polite and helpful but failed to explain why you needed exactly the same info as already provided by me - I deduce that the reason is that because we are going to be joint owners you need both parties to reply. But that could have been explained in the email saying that the check was incomplete.

Overly complicated and glitchy

I called after completing my ID verification to ask about the data retention and whether the result could be shared with other solicitors if required. Joseph answered all my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great difficulty in satisfying the questions: far too demanding, any difficulty eg not having a passport, was excessively difficult to solve: (use a different method: led nowhere), until Support was asked, then extra questions were added to verify our query) Even a selfie took 20 minutes before the system accepted it.

It was fairly easy to use once you understood what documents are required. Only issue I found was the majority of my documents didn't have my middle name on.

I had a problem with the Thirdfort/HSBC interface but one call to your customer contact team and all sorted with a workaround - thank you Zoey, you were brilliant!

Once you have uploaded your details on this app, you should be able to use it for whatever institution request it rather than having to keep uploading it again

Was incredibly straight forward and easy to use. Even my 76 year old, tech avoidant mum would have struggled to muck this up. Easiest verification app I’ve ever used.

Emmanuel was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed to do.

It was easy to use, not stressful. It takes something tedious and turns into a smooth and efficient experience. Thumbs up

It always feels like a phaaf having to prove your identity but I have to say Thirdforts app is extremely easy to follow and use and takes no more than five minutes if you have all your documentation to hand, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Zoey was extremely helpful. Resolved all my issues.

Wonderful support from Drew and Jess without them I don’t think we would have been able to complete the task.
