Good product and service
Good product and service; only glitch is one of the window sensors fell off when we were away and showed a window open when it wasn’t. Poor tape? Or our application?

Not Great
It is one of the less expensive systems but it quickly shows you why. The android app is terrible, very hard to connect most of the time. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone within at least one day doesn't happen. It says there are people there, but I guess they are all on break at the same time.
Is very frustrating and disappointing.

We have had some issues with our existing phone lines, and we have also had a couple of employees go off sick which means calls were in queue longer than normal; we only employee dedicated people here in Canada. Very Satisfied from the start.
I have been a Think Protection customer for a number of years now and from the initial call have been happy with the service. The setup was easy and I have had no issues since. I was particularly impressed with their recent credit for referral program. This is not my first referral but it was handled well and to my satisfaction by the agent. Good value for the price and room to expand. What more can you ask for. Thanks

Basic
It does the job. Depending on which agent you land when you call, they sometimes lack professional skills and none of them speaks french, even though their services are offered throughout Canada.
If the system wasn’t already installed when we purchased the house, we would’ve chosen another company.

Once I learned the system
Once I learned the system, I found it very easy. I especially like being able to set the alarm for evening til morning while I sleep. I do not wake any more thinking I hear something because I am confident in my alarm system,

Not able to use it with my cat. Technical service was not able to fix the problem. The application doesn't always work properly.

The security setup went smoothly, but I didn’t receive any window and door stickers, just the one sign. I requested some be sent to me as they were supposedly back ordered. Nothing 😡

Great economical security option

Happy with the equipment I received
Happy with the equipment I received. It was very easy to install. The outdoor camera took me about 15 mins and the alarm about 30 mins.
