You will not regret it!

Do yourself the favor of buying this course. I was a skeptic for months before purchasing, but my health was so deteriorated I was desperate & had nothing to lose. For over 2 years I suffered unexplainable rashes on my skin constantly, food sensitivities that I never had before, horrendous pain during periods, anxiety, terrible insomnia, the list goes on. But the rashes and period pain were the bane of my existence. I tried severely limiting diets like carnivore & keto, nothing got rid of my issues. My bloodwork would always come back "normal". I thought i would never be back to the person I was before & these conditions would run my life forever. After much research, I thought I had candida overgrowth and tried cleanse after cleanse along with the diets just to be left back in the same boat. At my wits end, I followed TWW's Instagram page after a recommendation from someone who was also battling many health issues & started learning from her posts. I finally broke down & bought the course and it was the best decision I could have ever made for myself. Within the first 3-4 days the rashes that plagued my body began to disappear from my legs and torso. I was in disbelief. After a few weeks, I was able to buy a coffee with cream and sugar without breaking out into rashes. That graduated to incorporating other foods back into my diet, and now I'm able to enjoy whatever I want. I'm much calmer and small things don't stress me out as much. Even my face looks different; less drooping. I've fallen off of the course several times and always feel the effects of it. But every time I restart, I begin to feel healing within a few days. This truly gave me back my life & taught me so much, it's crazy to think about how fried my nervous system was and I hadn't even realized. Thank you Liz, you are amazing. 🩷

One of the best discoveries I’ve ever…

One of the best discoveries I’ve ever found for my mental and physical wellness. I always come back to this course when life gets my nervous system out of wack. The gift your body gives you, and Liz gives you, is how to find a home within yourself. I recommend this to my friends all the time. More people need to know about this.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Our program is intentionally designed around short, consistent daily sessions that average about 10 minutes per day. While there are a few shorter videos (around 3 minutes), these typically fall on lighter or rest-focused days and are often paired with additional guidance or longer sessions throughout the course (for example, our 90-day course only has two days where there is just a 3-minute video). Many days also include 15–20+ minute sessions, so the overall structure balances out over time.

The approach isn’t about long workouts, it’s about nervous system consistency and sustainability. That format resonates deeply with many of our students. I feel very relaxed after exercising

I feel very relaxed after exercising. I notice that every day I am becoming calmer and starting to sleep a little better. I feel a strange sensation in my gut, like anxiety, but I know it isn't that, just a different feeling, but one that is calming at the same time.

I'm just over one week in

I'm just over one week in, and have had such profound shifts in my body and have had some awesome releases. I never dreamed it was possible to have this much mobility in my hips. I have done other somatic practices, but never experienced results!

PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE FOMO

Liz doing your exercises are one of the best parts of my day. I love them sooooooo much. They are tiny but sooooo effective!!!! I believe everyone should do this 90-day curriculum, people should have fomo about this haha. Love yaaa!

A relaxing and enjoyable way to calm and reset your system

The Workout Witch was recommended to me and I signed up for the 3 course bundle, which I've completed several times since purchasing a year ago.
