Looks like a fake and unreliable company. I ordered two pants based on the product images shown on their website, but received completely different products. I contacted them by email to report the issue, but they have not responded at all. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful before ordering from The Trousers Lab.

I purchased two cotton pants. No brand name /label on pants. One pants has a different brand label namely Diruno fashion।
Two pants have different sizes। One pants fit tight on the waist of 32 size while the other black pants is so tight that it's creating mark on the waist.
Stitching of pants legs different and gets curved at a distance of 1cm (zig zag ) .

It took 20 days to be delivered.

Worst company no support on return policy trying since last 15 days. Customer care number is closer. Please don't buy product from this company

The stiching is worst. The inseam length was too much. Logged for return and still no update after a month. Please dont loose your money buying from here.

I don't want to rate even a single star to this company Trouser lab.
I bought pair of pants from this site trouser labs and got it after 5 days and the delivered product was totally different. I paid around 1600 rupees and wanted to refund my money I raised the refund request on same day but till today I did not get any refund and even not get any further information for the refund process. It's been almost 20 days and I am still waiting for my money.
Such a disgusting company and product.
I will request you guys please don't waster your money on this site.

"The trouser lab" No return policy and cloth quality is cheap so please don't buy and save your money

Guys don't ever order from this brand ("thetrouserlab.com"). These guys are doing bullshit they just sell and forgot you if you raise any return/exchange request due to some reasone they wouldn't respond no matter what medium you try.
I tried to create exchane product from their return/exchange url and it was declining my order and contact details, I made a screen recording of it and email them they didn't even responded.
Still waiting to for their response and product exchange.
If required I can share oder and efforts i did to connect with them.

Placed a return request since they sent a defective Pant. But they did not respond to that. Fraud people. I have sent multiple emails but none of them got answered.
Cheaters.

​I regret purchasing from "The Trouser Lab". After receiving my order for a pair of trouses, I found the fit to be incorrect and immediately placed a return request.
​It has now been 5 days, and I have received zero response despite my best efforts. I have called their support line at least 20 times and sent multiple emails, but none of my calls were answered, and my emails remain ignored.
​Having researched further, it is clear that many other customers are facing the exact same issue regarding unresponsive service and non-existent returns. I am now forced to escalate this to the consumer grievance authorities.
​Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere—there are far more reliable brands out there

The product is fine my reason for not awarding 5 stars is that you did not keep me informed as to the progress of my order. I believe that you could get orders out more quickly.

I did not state that the experience was great, it was as stated in respect of delivery. I think that the quality is not as good as I was expecting, for the price quoted as original and the expanding waist band does not appear to be very flexible.
We all live and learn.

I had to call customer service to follow my order. But at the end , everything was fine. I received my delivery for the purpose I had ordered. Trousers of good quality.
