I have booked an exchange because size which i ordered is small but it been 2 days waiting for delivery person to take product back and provide my size. Fabric is good thats why i ordered pants again but delivery delay always create issue in menlike

Very much disappointed with the service provided in exchanging the pants for different size. I have been charged with COD of Rs. 198.

I had place order with you with the above mentioned order number, but was not satisfied with the product as shown online and returned the product in its packaging. Raised a complaint online received a order with 1 trouser and delivery fee of ₹99/- , therefore didn't accept the order and cancelled the same. It's been a month now still not received any update or refund for the same.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

My experience with menlike is worst as my order is not delivered yet .

Initially I had received a wrong item. Size 36 and color white whereas I had ordered color black size 32. The wrong item was returned. I have received the correct item today. But I have been charged ₹ 99/- as shipping charges.
Why am I being charged this amount? You had sent me a wrong item (both colour & size) so it was for you to get it exchanged for nil cost.
I shouldn't be penalised for your mistake. So please refund me the amount of ₹99/- that I have paid.

Last time when I had ordered two pieces, one was not to my fitting, the other one was ok. This time I had ordered two pieces +1. The waist size I had ordered was 38 but what has been delivered is 36. Some how I am able manage. Hence did not think of returning.

I received the wrong product...I have ordered comfort parallel trousers...and I have received all three narrow trousers...! It's disgusting...!
How can anyone trust on your commitment...?

First of all, improve your shipping and delivering right products which have been ordered by customers...! Need to train and educate your peoples to understand clearly the order and deliver accordingly.

Very poor quality materials, fitting and stitching quality. The zip is not working and the hooks are rusted in a single wash.

Sent one trouser of wrong colour. Instead of Earthen brown sent aquatic blue.

My order no: 85441. I have got cheated. I purchased in Buy 2 Get 1 Free scheme in January or February which I don't remember now. I ordered for black, grey & beige colours. But I gave wrong size of 42 whereas my actual size is 40. So I requested for exchange and got only 1Black colour trouser. I have not received my Beige & Grey trousers. I have sent many mails to your Menlike team. Poor response. Till date I have not received anything. Worst experience. Will not recommend to anybody.

The delivery was done promptly against the delayed delivery date. I do not know you keep such lavish window for delivery?

Cloth material is ok..but the accessories used like chain and buckles is very very cheap

I ordered for 3 pieces of 34 sizes but I received only one with 34 and the other two are of 32 sizes which is not useful for me

Firstly the order was incorrectly delivered. I had paid 99₹ online for the replacement to ask for a replacement. After one month the replacement was sent and delivery boy asked for 99₹ again and yet again the incorrect size received today. No numbers to call, email response are bland and there is no customer service at all. Myntra where deliveries items in 30 minutes this merchant takes 30 days with a chargeable delivery and no way of reaching out for help. I will raise a complaint with cyber crime and consumer court for this merchant for not being transparent in services and resolving customer's concern. No contact details on the website is a big no for a e commerce business.

Totally a fraud company with zero fabric quality and fitting for pants. Customer support is totally pathetic with zero help for the order. For exchange they charge ₹100/- everytime and they totally have useless customer support policy for refund too. They don't have a refund policy too.
